This sign is owned by a subsidiary of ARCP called 4197847 Nova Scotia Ltd The restriction was put in place solely to prevent construction vehicles from accessing the property To be clear ARCP has repeatedly infringed on this easement agreement, including concrete barriers throughout this situation

The rat problem in Highfield Park #Dartmouth is so bad people's cars are being damaged as rats chew through the wires. On top of this tenants live in fear of bringing this to the public because the landlord could seek retaliation against them.

@hfx-fire.bsky.social union has stated they can't keep up with #Halifax population growth. The Middle Sackville Fire is a prime example of this. In a direct follow up post by Halifax Professional Fire Fighters they stated they had not only half the crew required but this was a failure of leadership

While in a housing crisis with rental costs higher than we have ever seen, yet #NovaScotia has Corporate landlord Killiam Properties celebrating that in the past 9 months of this year making $49.96 million in revenue. With rental rates going up by 20.9% for all new tenants to avoid the rental cap.
