Because now the telegraph is spewing the same ableist BS with a sprinkle of transphobia, yes I do actually have POTS, no it's not a mental health condition, my body's heart rate PHYSICALLY goes up by 30-70 bpm every time I STAND UP, which is one of many BIOLOGICAL diagnostic markers.

The worst thing about ADHD + chronic pain is sometimes you go into a hyperfocus episode and what you end up focusing on is how much pain you're in and so then the pain is so much worse cause you literally can't focus on anything else

The way my brain goes into a full panic spiral and instead of sending a brief message being like "hey you should be aware of this" I send 5 paragraphs and 80 disclaimers only to get a "damn I had no idea, thanks for letting me know!" Which is the normal response and I freaked for nothing
