I've been so 'sappy' lately! in the best way. I tear up at movies again. I mark really good lines in books with sticky tabs. I feel like I hear the instrumental layers in songs more. I think I'm appreciating that art, by nature, is human. and holy shit, it is worth fighting for.

I'm so proud of myself for the hike I did yesterday!! it was around 30 degrees so it was ROUGH but I just preemptively took my migraine rescue meds and went for it. it was AMAZING. so stunning. there were so many magical spots where I had to just stop and /be there/ for a while.
