I’ll say my most formative game was, sadly, World of Warcraft. Not my first game but any means, but the possibilities of interacting with many people while gaming to beat challenges together wired my brain in a way that single player games never could. I struggle playing 1P games to this day.

There’s a very weird feeling that I may have outgrown this game. More and more, since at least EW, I’ve felt like XIV has stopped adding content that I’m interested in besides the main story. I’m hopeful for the EC changes and new content, but it’s possible XIV isn’t for me anymore, and that’s sad.
