What this is not blockbench ahahaha 😭🫠. But same principles even without a grid, focus on the final result and how it'll show with textures on, make things easier for yourself, no need to over polish things no one will see/care, or that won't hit any performance thresholds!

Honestly, Blockbench just do that since everything is snapping to a 3D pixel grid, it's kinda easier to make sure all faces are perfectly planar. Other than that I guess it's just practice, learning how to fake thing for rendering with the textures and applying triangles correctly when needed
