Being endorsed by the Minnesota DFL Senior Caucus isn't just an endorsement, it's a statement of trust from one of the most active advocacy organizations working on behalf of senior citizens in Minnesota, their children, and their grandchildren.

How do you know it's Fall in Savage? When the turkeys show up! But keep in mind, when you see our feathered friends out there, please DO NOT interact with them. They'll leave you alone if you leave them alone, but when bothered, they can attack humans and cause some serious damage.

For the past 26 years, the Dan Patch Corridor has been a can kicked down the road. A passenger line running from Northfield to Savage to Minneapolis that would bring jobs and commerce to Savage while connecting us with our state government was gagged by conservative politicians

I'm proud to be endorsed by the DFL Senior Caucus. Our senior citizens deserve to live their golden years in dignity and community and their children and grandchildren deserve to live a happy and fulfilling life here in Savage.

I’m proud to be endorsed by progressive champion @kaela15.bsky.social. Kaela and I believe in the value of centering working families in our politics so that we all do better as a society. Her home of Burnsville and my home of Savage share the same issues and I’m honored to have the confidence of

I've heard a lot of concerns raised by Savage residents about the presence of DOJ election monitors at their polling places. Here's a graphic from the Hennepin County Attorney's Office covering what voters need to know.
Graphic covering what someone needs to know about DOJ election monitors at polling places. It reads:

Hennepin County received a request from the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) to send election monitors to polling places on Tuesday, Aug. 11. The DOJ was notified that their request for access for election monitors INSIDE the polling place has been declined under the typical discretion given to local election officials.

What to expect at the polls:
• The DOJ has communicated that the monitors will be DOJ staff in plainclothes.
• While DO] Monitors will not be permitted inside the polling place, they will be sending monitors who will stay outside the 100-foot boundary from the polling place, in compliance with Minn. Stat. § 204C.06
• They may attempt to interview voters as they leave the polling place. These interviews are entirely voluntary.

Know before you go:
• The DOJ has identified three cities they plan to focus on: Brooklyn Park, Brooklyn Center, and Minneapolis, but may visit polling places in other cities as well.
• The DOJ is expected to share the names of the staffers who will be conducting the monitoring. Their identities will be shared with city clerks.
• DOJ Monitors and other members of the public must stand outside of the 100-foot boundary of the polling place. (Minn. Stat. § 204C.06).
• DOJ monitors and other observers may NOT:
- Interfere with a voter's ability to enter the polling place
- Direct or order Election Judges to take any action
- Interfere with the operations, administration, management, or activities of a
polling place.

• Our commitment is to ensure that every voter is able to cast their ballot peacefully, privately and without interference on election day. We ask all to help maintain a calm and respectful polling place.
• The HCAO is fully prepared to protect and defend your right to vote.
• Any reports of threats or harassment directed at voters or election workers will be reviewed and, if appropriate, prosecuted.

I’m honored to be endorsed by the honorable @jesshanson.bsky.social. Jess and I both believe in the politics of care: honesty, kindness, and intentionality in our actions. It’s this passion and love for the wellbeing of our communities that drive us both to serve and protect the people

I'm so proud to have the endorsement of Savage city councilor Bob Coughlen. Bob's been serving Americans and Savagites for over 40 years, 20 in the Army and 20 in city government, and he will continue to do so as your next County Commissioner.
