For my final completed game of 2025! Entry #11: Fire Emblem: Three Houses I couldn't help but do another run, this time it was with the Blue Lions. I ended up marrying Catherine. This run was separated by MONTHS in three different intervals. Super EXCITED for Fortune's Weave!

Entry #10: Pokémon Legends Z-A Best Pokémon game on Switch. It was a really fun experience. I wish there was more environmental variety since many areas feel samey, but for a huge city, they did a decent job. Team MZ consisting of the MC, Lida and Naveen was amazing. 8 / 10 🌊

Entry #09: Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment I really enjoyed this game. I actually 100%'d it. I went back to the first free update but I haven't gone back for the 2nd one. Zelda, Calamo, Raphica, and Rauru were my most used characters. The Ancient Tree Stump 💔 9 / 10

Entry #08: Sonic Racing Crossworlds Another racing game. Honestly I enjoyed it more than MKW. The speed and the rival character interactions made it really fun. The festivals are basically like their own version of the Splatoon Splatfests. I like the concept but not the series.

Entry #07: Super Mario RPG I was a fan of the OG, but this was so much better. I loved the updated artsyle and the added battle mechanics. I haven't bothered with the extra bosses but I did complete the main story. People say they want Geno in Smash... I want Mallow. 9 / 10 ☁️

Entry #06: Mario Kart World Enter Nintendo Switch 2!! Mechanically, this game was and is better than MK8D. However, after beating all the Cups, I don't know if I'll go back for all the collectables. I love the costumes! Where is Paratroopa?? It's hard to rate a racing game.

Entry #05: Fire Emblem Awakening What a great entry in the series. I can see how this game saved the franchise's future. The Pair-Up mechanic was neat and the concept of time travel children was interesting. I ended up with Robin & Cordelia with Morgan and Severa. 8.5 / 10

Entry #04: Pokémon Sword Shield was my game upon release, so this time I got to enjoy a few Sword exclusives. This was my team for this run. I still found the story kinda bland and the side characters a little lacking. I did enjoy the spectacle of the gym fights. 7.5 / 10

Entry #03: The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD It's in my Top 5 LoZ games. It started out kinda slow for my liking, but it picked up at the 2nd dungeon. I really ended up liking Groose and Impa as recurring characters. Fi was a nice companion. Ghirahim was unhinged. 8 / 10

Entry #02: Octopath Traveler 2 AMAZING. The individual character stories are great but that climax linking everything together... 🤯. Castti, Agnea, Hikari, and Partitio were my main crew mirroring Alfyn, Primrose, Olberic, and Tressa. The music was sex to the ear. 9.5 / 10

The next stop in the journey was Conning Creek where Ochette searches for Cateracta. I liked this chapter, because it showed the opposite side of hunting. Ochette does it for survival... someone else, for other reasons. The water in this game looks so good. #OctopathTraveler2

The travelers split up for a little bit during a moment of rest and had some interesting situations happen. Partitio's optimism and Osvald's no-nonsense way was interesting to see interact. Hikari and Agnea... dare I say could be a nice couple? She is a joy and lifts Hikari up. #OctopathTraveler2

The travelers went back to where it started with Castti because Tenemos had a lead to follow. The assassination of the pontiff led him here and luckily Crick was here to help. I'm really enjoying the detective mystery aspect of playing as a cleric. Such a departure from Ophelia. #OctopathTraveler2

The travelers reached Montwise and Hikari ran into an underground arena. It was nice seeing Hikari be able to change people's hearts by being strong of heart and conviction. I'm looking forward to seeing how the rehabilitated fighters are gonna help in the future. #OctopathTraveler2

While, two of the girls were dealing with ✨trauma✨ here is Partitio just being a good dude. He sees a great business opportunity and is happy to oblige. We'll see who else he can find. The theme that plays in Cape Cold and Winterbloom, Snowswept Town is really soothing. It feels bittersweet.

Taidow @taidow10.bsky.social · 26/05/2025

Throné: Chapter 2 Damn this girl has some trauma with "Father". She realized that he's a few steps ahead of her. I know this dude is a top dog of a deadly gang but damn... the grooming. He sucks. Blacksnakes and Snowhares... very interesting names chosen for gangs.

The travelers reached the town of Winterbloom and I had a mini-arc here. Castti: Chapter 2 Castti met with the ruler of the town and her daughter and nephew. I never wanted to kill an NPC more than that 2nd pic. The story here was quite sad. Castti is such a good woman. #OctopathTraveler2

The travelers reached the town of Cape Cold and met Osvald, a scholar who says he was framed for the murder of wife and daughter. He just escaped prison and is seeking revenge. The traveling group is complete- Castti, Agnea, Hikari, Partitio, Ochette, Throné, Tenemos, Osvald #OctopathTraveler2

The travelers then reached the city of Flamechurch where they encountered Tenemos, the Cleric... rather... the Inquisitor. He told them of the Pontiff's murder which he was hoping to help solve. His story seems like it's gonna be a detective story. Very intriguing. I like him. #OctopathTraveler2

The travelers make it to Clockbank to where Partitio met up with Mr. Roque. He ended up learning about and helping Floyd stabilize the new steam engine! With a goal of earning 80 million leaves. He sets off again! I liked Floyd and the journalist Ori. Partitio is a good dude. #OctopathTraveler2

After meeting Throné, Agnea meets Gil and she helps him revitalize his tavern. The theater manager is a huge hater and ends up getting humbled by Agnea. Agnea also met the diva Dolcinaea. She was giving powerful, but suspicious. Hmm. Agnea is gonna work towards making a song. #OctopathTraveler2

The team arrived in the city of New Delsta and ran into a fabulous thief named Throné. She was on a mission to kill her "parents" to gain her freedom. The team is Castti, Agnea, Hikari, Partitio, Ochette, and Throné. Huh, both Therion and Throné had accessories forced on them. #OctopathTraveler2

After Ochette joined the traveling group of Castti, Agnea, Hikari, and Partitio, they decided it would be great if the team had a vessel of their own. After a little Scent of Commerce, the Grand Terry was born. The color scheme resembles its owner don't you think? 😉 #OctopathTraveler2

Entry #01: Pokémon: Let's Go Pikachu I decided to buy this game before it got harder to find since it's a Gen 7 game. Having already beaten Let's Go Eevee, this game was nothing new. I still enjoyed my time. The art style is really nice. Story is meh. Having the Alolan forms is nice. 7.5 / 10 ⚡

Castti and co. decided to head to the eastern continent and stopped by a little village on an island along the way. Ochette told them of her journey and they invited her to join. The more the merrier. I liked seeing the Beastling lore. I was taken back with the talking animals. #OctopathTraveler2

I'm playing through it now. Mechanically, so much better than 1. The characters, idk yet. I've only done the minimum of everyone's ch. 1 and like 3 chapter 2s. Since I started off with Castti, I find myself randomly mumbling "What to do...what to do..." irl.

Taidow @taidow10.bsky.social · 16/02/2025

While at Sai, Partitio had a little bit of a chance meeting with a "great merchant" but bad dad. Sir, please. At least there was more at the end. #OctopathTraveler2

Taidow @taidow10.bsky.social · 16/02/2025

It's been quite a bit of time, my main team of Castti, Agnes, Hikari, and Partition made their way to Sai and Castti took charge. I like how stubborn she is and how she got that general dude to change his ways just by being herself. That boss was actually quite challenging!! #OctopathTraveler2

Taidow @taidow10.bsky.social · 19/01/2025

I finished off the western continent and added my fourth main party member, Partitio. *southern accent* I sure like him. I lucked out that my OT1 main party mirrors are all in the same area here. Alfyn - Castti Primrose - Agnea Olberic - Hikari Tressa - Partitio 🍃 🪙 #OctopathTraveler2

It's been a bit, but Castti and Agnea got their next traveling companion, Hikari. His story has felt super "anime swordsman." However, that doesn't mean I disliked it. His ability to get skills from challenging npcs is pretty neat. Lots of customization potential. 🤺⛩️ #OctopathTraveler2

Huh. That's an interesting source of inspiration. I know next to nothing about Norse mythology, but from what I have seen, it can all get quite abstract. (If that makes sense).

Castti's first companion is Agnea. I like how opposite Agnea's story is to what Primrose's journey was. Agnea is full of hope and sunshine while Primrose is older and aware of the shadows of the world. The story of her following in her mother's footsteps is wholesome. 💃🏻🎶 #OctopathTraveler2

Starting off my #OctopathTraveler2 journey is Castti. I finished her Chapter 1 story, and I am pretty intrigued. I kinda remember Alfyn dealing with a sketchy apothecary in his story. So, if there's an "evil team" of them, that makes things interesting. The game is gorgeous as expected. 👩🏼‍🔬🛌🏼

It's time to start Octopath Traveler II as my first game of 2025! I LOVED the first game. I let myself get lost in the stories told. Alfyn, Primrose, Olberic, and Tressa were my main party. I'm excited to see how my journey unfolds! #OctopathTraveler2

This little dude was my whole mood in 2024. I started off by finishing two replays of Engage and Three Houses (Silver Snow) and then a Crimson Flower run. Then, I played these for the first time. - Shadow Dragon and the BoL - Echoes: Shadow of Valentia - Blazing Blade - Sacred Stones #FireEmblem
