Ok apparently this is a Thing, mild face blindness + synesthesia (seeing name colors but not remembering names) = confusing characters and people IRL ALL THE TIME I think I finally kinda beat face blindness when I became super social around 2022 (maybe brain damage mysteriously contributed, wheee)

The Ocarina remake has me excited for two reasons: the environments look SUPER fun to explore, and the animation is so juicy, snappy and satisfactory! I’ve been replaying Ocarina with my bf; it’s truly a technical marvel. It did not need a remake. I’d rather see a new game. But, it looks fun.
