“Ask the high rising spears, of our aspirations. Bring witness the swords, did we lose hope. We are a band, honor halts our souls. Of beginning with harm, those who won't harm us. White are our deeds, black are our battles, Green are our fields, red are our swords.” - Safi al-Din al-Hili #Palestine

I never expected T's absence to last this long. Maybe I need some time to find a different approach? I have looked for him and asked strangers but I am still as lost as the day I started the search 550 days ago... ...I'm sure I'll find him eventually. #WheresTaha #TheSearch #Art #OldArt

u's log: Day 509 of Search: Maybe the search is taking it's toll mentally. I feel like I'm missing some big clue that's just out of reach but... I'm probably just tired. I should rest and then continue asking around. I'm sure I'll find T eventually. #WheresTaha #TheSearch #Art #OldArt

u's log: Day 505 of Search: I keep thinking over what I already know. I try to find the people I've asked before but they might be avoiding me I think. I am left with only my thoughts as I can't seem to find any more clues. #WheresTaha #ThesEarch #Art #OldArt

u's log: Day 471 of Search: The awkward responses to my question are growing. This one artist looked especially out of place. Her sweat was really easy to spot this time so I'm really sure of it. What are they hiding? What do they know? #WheresTaha #TheSearch #Art #OldArt

u's log: Day 464 of Search: I met a sloth and their artist who definitely responded strangely to my question about Taha's whereabouts. I think they were sweating? I am now sure that these people are nervous from my questions about T but now I ask ...why? #WheresTaha #TheSearch #OldArt #Art

u's log: Day 457 of Search: This streamer seemed odd when they responded to my question. I wanted to ask more about it but her community was so pleasant at her Discord diner that I thought I might've misread them again. But looking back on it... I'm not so sure. #WheresTaha #TheSearch #Art #OldArt

u's log: Day 443 of Search: Ive found that arriving early to a “stream” gives me a chance to ask the person questions. Sadly it doesnt help them know who or where T is. But something about them made me think they mightve been hiding something... or not. Ive misread people before. #TheSearch #OldArt

7 years ago, after a month long challenge; I announced a break. Now I echo the same sentiment. The next arc of this story is what's currently ongoing and will require proper preparation. I thank everyone for the support thus far and I hope the return is something worth the wait. #OldArt #Ink #Art

It feels like drawing something every day and showing it off should be an easy thing, but it's deceptively difficult. Lost a lot of fellow artists to this challenge back then, and not just for the month. Some hung up their tools for good. But I wasn't done atleast... not yet... #OldArt #Ink #Art

I believe that one great appeal of month long art challenges comes from doing it alongside fellow artists. That sense of shared growth is truly something to be cherished. Anyway, here's another batch of #OldArt #Ink #Art
