Welp, just had a coworker tell a joke that involved abuse of wife by a husband. I didn’t laugh. He tried to explain the joke, which always makes the joke funnier. Just let him dig that hole for himself. Then I responded, I don’t find jokes about abuse to be funny. Awkwardness for the win!

My grandma was a sweet old lady. 4’10”. Just darling. When she would watch football: “Kill Him!” “Skin Him Alive!” She was viscous. And the only time she would swear. It was usually “shit” when the Broncos (or who ever she was rooting for if Denver wasn’t playing) messed up.
