avenue for charges. The third time it started to feel routine. I'm up to five now. I believe there are good people in this world but I doubt any of them are local. And I know people do these kinda things either because of desperation or frustration or their own issues but... 5 times. Five.

For the first break-in yeah, but it became evident that everyone knew who was in my house and their main concern was whether I'd be involving the police. For the second break in it became lesser. The police returned a single broken object to me but refused to tell me who had it and gave me no...

Started with trying to add value to the Ranger class and then the logic ballooned into an entire system. Gotta have a ranger in the party though to scavenge the wildrness for materials and supplies or it's all gonna fall apart 😄

What really grinds my gears is I've never been a negative element to these people. I put real effort in for them and they just... nothing. Nobody cares. #remoteliving

000

People responsible are a few houses down. Being outside my home just makes me a part of their never ending chaos. I'm sleeping on the floor at a friends house and just going back home to resecure it occasionally. I gotta get a new job and move away from this place. The police do nothing about it.

Nice. Hey again, sorry I don't remember you.

I don't like being on social media when I'm unhappy it just spreads unhappiness. I miss my Bluesky peeps too 💙🦋

I have some good news. Making progress on creating my own fictional universe for a group of players to run through. with a crafting system that will make people enjoy the travelling aspect hopefully. #ttrpg

Nah it gets worse and worse. Every time I find the internal energy to try again my house has been broken into a little bit more. I'm shattered.

Hey #YouTube. If you pull a device outta fullscreen to play ads in the middle of the night maybe consider switching to dark mode so your layout isn't screenburned into the device by morning. Won't fix my screen but y'know. It's the little things.

I took a moment of sanity and waited until bin day passed to act. Now it's decision time. I won't allow this to become a house of horrors. It must be transformed still. And I still along with it.

000

Expect photos and soppy videos as I pile up my remaining valuables for the big burn off. #cardcollector #whattraitstotake 🤔

000

All this is preamble really to announce my decision to be reborn in fire, burning away what possessions remain and becoming a man with truly nothing at all (to match how I feel) except with less concern for material matters.

100

It doesn't feel practical to return what little belongings they left behind to their spot, for the next round. The culprits are "smart kids" so I've no hope. And I have no safe space left. Yet I require a pivot point. As stated above.

100

I feel outrageously low. A pivot point just isn't here right now so... I must create one for myself. I need a way to use this to bounce up again. I am alone out here.

#remoteliving | #straya Robbed for a second time now. Really feeling hollowed out at the moment. It's hard to describe the knowledge that people have decuded what's valuable or not in your life. I'm gonna struggle in a thread. Sharing trauma is popular now... right.

Aftermath of a burglary, stuff scattered about.

I fell into a Tabletop Roleplaying Rabbithole 😄

Would you believe I slept for 16 hours? Sixteen. Nah me neither. Last week was, by far, my worst week out here in the desert

That's kinda #remoteliving in a nutshell 😆 Y'know how there's different types of hobbit... River Hobbit, Ground Hobbit, Proudfoots? [Atten-bro accent] "A Nocturnal Creature preferably, the Desert Dwelling Australian moves from shade patch to shade patch, mostly under air conditioners until night"

Hey Bluesky. I'm awake from my heat coma. It was only 42°C but it's more about the cooking method than the maximum temperature.
