How about an arrangement of 2 chairs, a low table, smaller accent rug. These items don’t have to be fancy.
Roman shades or simple blinds to cover the window or add a small shelf the width of the window w/ plants, accents, etc.
2 name plates on door or beside door (door remains empty; no decor).
