On travel and vets bills, plus whatever the car costs. I'm not doing well emotionally, financially, or physically. I'm losing a pet, answers to what's happening with my body is delayed, and I'm struggling with just everyday stuff. Tomorrow I have to go to work and smile. I don't know if I can.

When I get home I have to do my normal morning stuff and then prepare to get another bloody taxi into town with my gecko in a box to be put down. She is old, her legs have stopped working and she's suffering. It doesn't make it any easier. By the end of the day I will have spend £130 minimum -

Lovely lady, an asset to her team. I thank her and burst into tears outside. Eventually gather myself and head to the bus stop because I can't afford another taxi home. I'm on the bus now, no food or my meds in my stomach because I couldn't take them pre MRI. I really need to take my meds ASAP.

The lovely receptionist chases everyone she can to try and squeeze me in. I remain friendly to her because it's not her fault. There's no space for me today so I have to make the journey again on Wednesday. She apologises and tells me how I can appeal to get today's travel expenses back.

She digs in further and it has been rescheduled for Wednesday. No consulting me, no communication. I check the NHS app, texts, phone log, emails, nothing. I had been so anxious for today as it was, now I'm spiralling and alone because no family could come with me due to taking the car in for repairs

The family car broke down yesterday so I knew I'd have to get a taxi or public transport. More anxiety. In order to try and keep calm before the scan I opted to spend £20 I don't have on a taxi. I arrive at the MRI clinic and the receptionist informs me there's no record of me having a scan today.

Apologies to anyone who follows me for my shop but I've got to vent. It's going to be a long one. Woke up with my usual health issues flaring up, anxious for an MRI scan this morning. I had booked annual leave from work for this, which I had been trying to save for imminent family funerals.

Here's a lovely pic of some of my hand-sewn, fabric art Jeremy Creatures. The ground is green fur and the background is a beautiful galaxy print fabric. One creature is a gray rock with two different sizes black eyes and a little frown. There's a tall ghost with about 35 black eyes of different sizes and a wide mouth full of sharp teeth. There's another spirit with many eyes, twirly head wisps, and an open mouth with sharp teeth. There's also a ghost with a tiny face, with two different sized eyes and a little frown. There's a black ghost with a gray moon face, their body covered with hand-embroidered stars and planets of various sizes and colors. There's a frowny white ghost featuring embroidered red flowers. There's a super tiny frowny white ghost, and a super tiny black ghost with four eyes and embroidered stars.

TW Poor pet health/loss Stevie is 16 and her back legs stopped working 3 days ago. I'm giving her as lots of protein and calcium, daily warm baths and lots of cuddles. We're likely to say goodbye to her within the next week and I'm a wreck. The lil bub has been part of our family for a long time.

You all asked why, this is why! Pine cones make great parrot enrichment items. They can take em apart, you can hide seeds and other treats in them. George likes to wrestle his. It's best to make sure they don't have any outside ick left on them, hence the boiling and baking
