I’m sorry I’m late to the party but my first listen to Horehound from The Dead Weather and this is gotta be a one of the most awesome and enjoyable things ever. A real tribute to incredible musicians in rock and blues , with a tight aesthetic and outstanding production. The mix is dynamic and fun.!

For context this is the block and bleed at the fermenter I’m about to transfer out of . This one has a hot water line attached for pasteurization. Pasteurization was invented for beer and wasn’t used on milk for at least ten years after its creation .

As a brewer I build a block and bleed almost everyday . This is the way. You can add an additional valve if you are gonna use your line again later in the day but for single use this is perfect.

Stainless 1.5” Tri-Clover “block and bleed”. A tee , sight glass, bleed valve, drain house and bottom of serving tank. Sanitizer bubbles on the parts and concrete floor.
