I dropped 7 exalts my entire campaign playthrough. I mean this honestly when I say I didnt get a single gear upgrade from the ground my entire 20 hour playthrough (im not exaggerating). My only gear came from gambling or buying from the store. I have no idea how this is considered good to anyone.

No, because it's not some hive mind thinking the game is bad the game is just in an objectively bad state right now. I can say honestly that this POE 2 league start was one of the least fun and most frustrating league starts i've ever experienced in POE history (even ultimatum league start)

I do feel like I was partially lied to over the past 2 years of buying supporter packs, being told both games would be developed when clearly that hasn't been the case for almost a year now with POE 1. We are potentially going to be 1+ year(s) out for any real POE 1 development.

I think this is just the classic business model that everyone talks about, you earn good will and you can choose to spend it if you want and the community mostly will deal with it (to a point). To me this is GGG cashing in the good will they've built up, and im ok with accepting it for now.

Again, my original point stands. It doesn't matter if they weren't tortured. The person I was replying to was trying to downplay and lessen the extent of what they thought was torture solely due to the fact they were Israeli. The fact you keep saying this makes me question if you're even listening.

Just because you are trying to say they never EXPLICITLY wrote they are justifying it, doesn't mean that they didn't attempt to lessen / justify the torture.

How did I misread what they wrote? They started responding trying to make the torture seem not as bad by highlighting the war crimes Israel portrayed, as an obvious means to lessen the blame for them torturing civilians. That is directly them trying to justify the torture.

Here, i'll literally repost the screenshot with proof this is EXACTLY what happened. This person responded to someone about them being tortured and having their hands damaged. The person I responded to instantly started justifying / downplaying the torture. There is nothing left to argue here.

Sure, here you go. Someone posted a picture of Israeli prisoners being released with bandages on their hands. A reply said they were tortured. You justified the torture because of Israel's war crimes on Palestine and saying they were 'lucky'. I said no civilians on either side should be tortured.

A billionaire is a state owned company. The second TikTok goes up for sale in the US there is no doubt Elon / Zuck / or Bezos would be instantly in line to buy it and they can outbid any hedge fund / investment firm that maybe wanted it without any care in the world.

I choose to tolerate the lesser of the evils in terms of the billionaire class, no billionaire can ever be morally a good person (it's not possible to get that much wealth ethically). However we can at least say Cuban and Gates have at least made positive impacts as well to some degree.
