I'll never understand why people have such trouble boycotting a video game. It's not like there's a physical aspect to it you can't escape, like a restaurant or grocery store or something where it's the only thing close to you - it's a digital item, and you have hundreds, thousands of other choices.

This is why I push so harshly against calling games slop or whatever outside of the AI context because I think people adopt terms like that so readily and let it completely poison their ability to engage with anything.
