ICE Invades Wrong Home, Steals Their Life Savings, and Then Leaves.
ICE is out of control,they are acting outside of their job's original mission. ICE agents generally need consent or probable cause to search individuals or their belongings. ICE appears to be skipping a lot of procedures and steps.
