Happy Birthday to me 🎂 32 years old. Can't match the coolness of me in 1999. Cap on sideways, holding a bottle of water. A genius 😂 Time to eat all the caterpillar cake 🐛

61 different female producers that, in my opinion, you should check out in the world of Jungle / Drum & Bass. It's something I started a couple of years ago and I try and keep up as I find new talent on my radar. Out to all the female producers smashing it 🔥 open.spotify.com/playlist/7FI...

Being a music producer is like being on a rollercoaster. There's the highest of highs and the lowest of lows. The lows suck but once it's all over and I have finished digging myself out of the low point and move on I'm going "can I go around again"

Someone needs to do a study over the price of a standard Cadbury chocolate Easter Egg in the last 3 years. £1.65 I saw today! Its madness, I see supermarkets hiking prices on stuff so much these days. 40-50p here and there and before you know it all adds up.

2024. Quiet on the music front but it was always going to be a transitional year. Got to go back to go forward sometimes 👍 Change is hard when it's out of your control. Thanks to everyone that is supporting our music. Good news is we are sat on music, ready to pitch to labels.

Friend installed Rekordbox 7 and showed me a screenshot of it. GUI looks awful! All these years and Rekordbox still can't detect downbeats on songs. Grids are always out 😂 I'm still on 5 I refuse to update because I have never had issues with my USBs at gigs. Read too many horror stories from DJs.

Seen this weird obsession lately with hitting x LUFS number on a meter and that all tunes need to be x loud. Tracks in D&B are too loud at the moment. Clipping you can't "erase" but a quieter cleaner track can be turned up to match. Food for thought 👍

Vinyl goodness from @adamfmusic ❤️ Circles has been a tune that I remember hearing it on Now Dance 97 CD compilation as a young kid, so I had to get the vinyl release of Circles Revisited. B side comes with the Pola & Bryson 2024 reboot! #dnb #drumnbass #jungle #vinyl

Producers, it's that time of year where plugins are on sale for Black Friday. It's easy to go crazy and buy loads of stuff that you don't need. Resist the temptation. Summer Sales are normally same price. If you want recommendations I would go for Soundtoys suite & Shaperbox. #musicproduction

DNB producers, what thing/tip/process did you find out that elevated your tunes to the next level? Let's create a list for others, share the knowledge or experience! 🙌 For me it was using Camelphat to beef up kicks and snares by using subtle tube distortion. #dnb #musicproduction #producers

The secret trick to music production. Got to get that right percussion hit 🥁 Taken 6 years ago but it still happens to this day 😂 Anyone else spend time falling over a drum kit trying to find that right sample? #musicproduction #musicproducer #production #dnb #dnbproducer
