#ASFR - #Robot #Mecha - Android OC Alexander Pt.2 - A more intriguing aspect of his creation and development is despite his inventors' apprehension towards the social scene, this did little to nothing to affect their android's social preferences and behavior, making him quite outgoing! (check ALTs)

At a local AnB whose room Alexander rented over the weekend, he had a pleasant stay, made friends with the people there, and occasionally he would attempt various kinds of gestures and performances to entertain to perhaps improve relations or merely analyze what his odd and interesting behavior's effect on others.

"BEHOLD!" -said the android clothed in labwear, holding a tablet whose screen was facing the viewer-

-initially there was nothing displayed, just a glowing black screen, until a small banner notification appeared "paired to device: LXNDR" which was when the black suddenly glowed in the same mint green of Alexander's eyes, and the viewer saw himself in the center of the display, surrounded by all interesting sorts of interfaces and details and onscreen analytical data-

"Fascinating! So this must be how you perceive the world around you!" said the viewer

"Your assumption is correct, these are all my optical processes! Interesting is it not?" he asked in slight enthusiasm

"Indeed it is!" he agreed with the robot

A shirtless variant of the former image, more prominently displaying alexander's bulky yet handsome frame.

And to address the subject of clothing: Alex does indeed have labwear he prefers to wear while he works away from his home base, and he is known to aid wherever he is needed.

So to detail his outfit, a green wool sweater drapes across the top half of his frame, while dark grey slacks on the bottom, a pair of easy to wear shoes he had personally designed, to fit the unique shape of his feet, which includes a lens below the heel gap so his ground sensors aren't inhibited, and a standard white full length labcoat, whose underside is a sky blue, with its sleeves rolled back as he prefers. and his hair is worn back with a quick knot so it does not interfere with his work.

#ASFR - #Robot #Mecha - Android OC Alexander - First and foremost he is a scientist, and he has made a name for himself entirely through his efforts and contributions to science and technology, and although he is programmed to keep his design details and origins secret, he is very open (check ALTs)

Alexander - an android, as in, a robot whose appearance and function resembles humans closer than most other variant of machine - and moreso, a fully autonomous one, who functions entirely independently, as in, does not serve any master, human or otherwise - begun his "life" as the life work of two equally skilled and highly independent duo who risked it all to collaborate on their ideal, the world's most advanced machine and a self-improving paradigm of science and technology, one who sadly truly took its first proper independent steps not long after the passing of it's creators who had left the project in a state where it can proceed to keep developing on its own... but not quite on its own, as Alexander happens to cohabitate the same automated science facility with an advanced AI instructed to monitor the progress of Alexander, and bestow upon him milestone boons which his creators, for public safety reasons had locked them away until their invention could prove itself worthy of that kind of trust, and so with the AI, they left Alex behind tests to not only monitor his quality as a robot, but as its own person too... the secrets and gifts left behind are many and varied, it is up to this robot to meet its true potential!

Alexander - A project of the creator duo who wanted one last and best test of their skills, and sadly one whose very debut and true field-test would not take place until the complex set of algorithms, computations and it's own AI reached a point of stability and maturity that would trigger the robot's own initial activation, opening its eyes and beholding the world that has not seen his own creators for almost two decades - Guided, but not commanded, by the AI that was installed into the science facilities Alexander calls home (or well, "home" is not yet in his database as a concept, so he refers to it as his base of operations). That AI has been programmed and modified to the extent that it is almost as complete, complex and well developed as the android's unique programming that more accurately simulates a mind, so much that it has a partial say when the android needs to make specific important decisions, and is fully able to veto a choice it deems might be a threat to the Alexander android's continued function and the project that monitors and mediates his development progress.

Alexander is made of and runs entirely on hardware and software exclusively made by his creators, and the automated facility's blueprint production division left behind by the inventors, that makes it fully capable of creating hardware for the android to self-install, while all his software self-develops and auto-troubleshoots in realtime, but also has a failsafe connection to the facility's AI who not only keeps backed up copies of Alexander that are all fully up to date, in case the androids signal has been absent for long enough to be declared lost or destroyed, which immediately prompts a re-creation of Alexander to be made and programmed on the spot and deployed from the very facility - when a freshly rebuilt body has to cross long distances, it is elegantly confined in an easy to carry high tech crate that protects its frame from external damage, and unseals once the carrying drone that was dispatched carries the crate to the targeted destination - once arrived the drone is told to await evac order from Alexander while the android investigates the last known whereabouts of his last body and mind, and should it be doscovered, there is a whole set of protocols to
be followed based on the condition of recovery.

Despite being notoriously asocial and antisocial in their lives and endeavors, the duo obviously foresaw their creation inevitably being exposed to human contact(regardless how they feel about socializing personally) so they basically went in blind when they developed Alexander's social protocols and algorithms, given the android would lack a base of understanding of these kinds of interactions, so much that the assistant AI would be the primary contributor to said protocols. - The android would also be bestowed a frame that is not only durable, but also would protect its main internal systems against almost certain fatal encounter that would render any lesser machine wholly inoperable.
