Not only have they considered the damage that will be done to the education system, but they're counting on it! They dream of a return to an education system exclusively for global aristocracy.

Elites want the spoils system. They want that white collar job to be their Braxton's. That's why they spend so much time and effort telling working class kids to learn plumbing or welding. The people in power actively oppose public education funding, college subsidies, and head start.

Let me dispell the mystery. Elites have overreproduced themselves, and they rightly see working class children receiving education as a threat to their kids. They pretty openly say college should be finishing schools for elites, and attack all public education any chance they can get.

Gerontocracy, or prioritizing the needs of the old over the young, is one of the mental pillars we all need to destroy if we ever want to free ourselves from this current hell. Each generation should be focused and content with building a better world for the next generation.

Absolutely agree with this, and it made me think: can you imagine if doctors talked about disease the way we talked about policing. "The infection has spread from your arm to your chest. We will treat the chest but leave the arm alone. The arm infection keeps you safe". Deliriously mad rhetoric

I cannot stress enough that ICE is acting the way cops have acted for years. These are just "starlight tours" for Indigenous teens applied to the rest of the population.

We tried the ownership society where everyone is a little capitalist because they own their home, and that will provide their nest egg. It’s led to record homelessness and profound dissatisfaction with life in the US.

Back to OP's point, these domination substructures naturally fractalize. The longer they go on, the more paradoxes. However hard parasitic elites try to manage these paradoxes, the logic of the system guarantees recurrent systemic collapse. I.e., at some point there will be hordes of angry young men
000
Synapse Avoider @synapseavoider.bsky.social · 28/09/2026
But, by grooming people into domination, these hierarchical substructures provide both cover and legitimacy to the "real" domination structure: elite parasitism. White Supremacy is not guaranteed to help if you're white, but the exploitation it allows does help if you're a parasitic elite.

Thus, concepts like Patriarchy or White Supremacy only work in the negative sense. They do not guarantee the protection of the class but rather provide an excuse to dominate another class.

Synapse Avoider @synapseavoider.bsky.social · 28/09/2026
Or, as the poster points out, Patriarchy exists, but old men dominate young men, rich men dominate poor men, white men dominate black men, legal men dominate illegal etcetera.

Synapse Avoider @synapseavoider.bsky.social · 28/09/2026
These domination substructures exist concomitantly, and this concomitance creates paradoxes. White Supremacy exists (except for white women or poor whites or white children or disabled white men), meaning that most white people are in a subordinate position.

Fantastic thread, and a launch point to understand how systems of domination require fractal substructures. In other words, the easiest way to dominate someone is to provide them a victim to project their impotence on. Stockholm syndrome at a mass scale.

An easy hack to get there is to fully embrace determinism and know that every single person is trying their best, given their upbringing and current environment. If someone is a POS, that's the BEST they can do without intervention.

Is there any research talking about the conservative infiltration of the Democratic Party? Did it start with Clinton, or was that when the mask came off?

If people accepted that the Democratic Establishment and the Republican Party both answer to monied interests, the Piker drama would not only be unsurprising but also extremely predictable. Piker has become an avatar for a non-sadistic politics movement. As such, he severely threatens the system

Allowing the abuse of ONE group, regardless of their size, legitimizes the abuse of ANY group. You can't be anti-fascist and anti-trans, in the same way you can't be anti domestic violence except for violence against redheads. How broken our brains are that so many fall for this nonsense.

Malignant systems come with a built-in check against themselves. They set off hurtling towards their own demise. How else does a system that worships money and sadism end , but with incompetent monsters hurting everyone for their own personal gain?

And the more complicated the simulacrum they create for themselves, the more violently they react to reality. Reality threatens them as reality can implode their personalized fantasy world. But I can't blame people since so many use fantasy to numb the pain of living in this sadistic era.

You cannot pitch a political project that improves quality of life if your target audience doesn't view that, by itself, as valuable. The growing number of unhoused people alongside empty homes, the sick alongside hospital closures, and hunger alongside waste clearly shows the dominant morality

is this a rhetorical question? study after study shows that white people oppose their own economic interests if they believe advancing them will also help minorities and immigrants.

Absolutely. White people comprise the largest group of SNAP and medicaid recipients. We have a dominant culture that does not, in any way, value human life; and people raised in that culture are predisposed to measure their self-worth in the suffering of others.

Liberals, at their root, believe that we need a small sacrificial group of victims that everyone else may kick to build "cohesion". It's either that, or they want to fight overt fascism with covert fascism. Which is medically stupid, so I want to give them some respect and say it's the first thing

Encampment "sweeps" prove homelessness is something our governments actively work to maintain. They catch a wiff of the most desperate people trying to build community, and they work to ensure they can't even have a guaranteed place to lay their heads.

"Why should my tax dollars go to giving houses to people who can't afford them?" Why should MY tax dollars should go to satisfying your desire to see desperate people living desperate lives? I'd rather save money and solve the problem, rather than spend money to exacerbate it.

Clara Mattei's "Capital Order" points out that our political economy uses fascism and austerity as tools to discipline workers, and it always uses those tools right after workers make gains in power. Under her framework, "Trying to ruin the economy" makes perfect sense.

People are infected with sadomasochistic ideologies that drive them to hurt their habitat and their own species. One big collective drive to end it all. Most people don't even learn rational or healthy frameworks to base new ideas of off. But at least we have pizza, so it's not all bad.
