A day late, but here's my #PortfolioDay post. I make J-music covers and original music productions. My influences also include metal, edm, and classical

2024 Music Production Summary Whatever I may feel, I can look at this and know I did something In some ways it feels like I did less than this, but I know there are so many more things that I worked on. So many things that are in progress that'll just have to come out next year

Some members of my VCB team organized for all of us to have acrylic standees of our OCs to commemorate our time working together. I will always remember it fondly even if the words “gulags” and “trenches” come up when we talk about it. As the first people I worked with as Symnon, I really value them

I had the opportunity to work with the #Vtuber / #VSinger Reina Ronronea! We made a metal cover of Kanaria's Champion. Premieres in 4 hours!

Every time I'm about to replace my guitar strings I think maybe not enough time has passed and they still sound good, but then I restring and it's so much better - not even close

God-ish but metal. Instrumental commission I'm working on!

Symnon @symnon.bsky.social · 06/11/2024

Halloween-y track. Orchestral -> heavy guitars with a strange sound playing the melody

Symnon @symnon.bsky.social · 05/11/2024

My comms are closed for the first time. Kind of a weird feeling since I've been putting so much energy into finding more clients. But I have to focus on getting my current music done first before I accept more

You know it's time to take a break from your mix when you think it sounds good - whether or not it is actually good. Then come back a day later and see if it still holds up

Can you guess the song at 10x speed as I figure out the melody's MIDI?

I really like helping people figure out how to improve their music. Kind of want to mentor someone. When I first started I couldn’t really find enough resources to make what I wanted sound better. I’ve always wanted a mentor myself, but in 4 yrs I haven’t found anyone. I want to be what I wish I had

I'm thinking of making a short vid of the Aggretsuko OP but replacing Retsuko with my cat Peaches. Wondering if I should call it Aggretsu-neko or Aggretsu-cat

Hi I'm a music producer in the #youtaite and #vsinger space. I like to make instrumentals for covers and original songs. I mix and sing too!
