We all know they do not intend to stop at kids. Aside from needing to leave everyone i cared about behind to dlee excessive laws against transgender people in texas and social stigma that came with them. I have no regrets in my transition. Trans rights are human rights.

I've already pretty much have given up. I fled TX to chicago a few months ago in hopes of escaping the rampant transphobia by the government there, and now this puts us at risk here in chicago too. I barely pushed myself through the year as is.

I ended up leaving texas for good this week to a new home in chicago. It was clear i would not be able to live in peace there and have access to medical care and a proper in state ID. Leaving texas was easily the best choice for me, as the government there is out of control.

Political violence is terrible in any case. It is also exhausting, always feeling like the scapegoat of all of this by just being trans.
