I believe so strongly in abundance and also scarcity because I’ve seen them play out time and time again. This is a part of it. The more I embrace bad happening *to* me, the more bad I see around me. Honoring it while also being detached helps me to stay in a much more abundant space (w/o bypassing)

Been thinking a lot about the difference between bad things happening and bad things happening *to me.* That subtle shift in perspective allows me to honor that the thing is bad without owning it. It doesn’t have to become my personality or feel personal at all. That’s been really freeing for me
