You jinxed it when you said the words “full-strength rotation”

If GG can’t get on the court when the team is this injured, is it worth it to keep him on a contract when you could really use a player like Bassey on a standard deal?

Is it waive Anthony, or shopping Jitty/BC? Center depth Bagley on a minimum? Lots of guards/wings, does addition of Jerome/Coward mean they have no faith in Vince/GG? Who’s their 3rd option on offense? Jaren changing uniform number rumor? If so at the end of his career which is retired for him?

Sam S @sws1991.bsky.social · 30/06/2025

I would expect that means moving out Cole Anthony and paying someone picks to take Konchar.

Just finished The Hunger of the Gods by John Gwynne. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT take a drink every time he says “thought-cage”. Great action sequences and a magic system akin to an adult, Norse version of Percy Jackson. My main complaint, not a ton of character growth. 3.5/5 📚💙🪐 #booksky

As Bezos/Amazon continue to show their ass, here’s a reminder that you can purchase your physical and ebooks on bookshop.org And their app is an ereader too. Libro.fm has a subscription service just like Audible. Purchases also support local bookstores. Highly recommend. #booksky 📚💙🪐

Armed with swordfish and the sigil of a lionfish painted on their shields, the penguins hopped on the log, and floated down a river to war. They did not ask for this conflict, nor did they desire it, however they would sow destruction on those who would tariff their home.

Finished book 10 of the year. Calamity by Brandon Sanderson. Ending of the Reckoners trilogy. Thoroughly enjoyed, but I wish the ending had been drawn out a bit more. 4 stars. Next book: The Shadow Rising by Robert Jordan 🪐💙📚

Are we buying that though? It’s like when they said Edey at 9 was exactly what they were hoping for when we all knew they tried for Clingan.

Des being bad in big games is a concerning trend. 3 points tonight, 10 in the 20 point loss to the Clippers, 5-16 and 5 TO last time against the Cavs, 5-14 last time in OKC, 6 TO against the Knicks, 7 pts on 2-13 shooting against the Cavs in Feb, the 7 point game against the Lakers.

3 points tonight, 10 in the 20 pt loss to the Clippers, 5-16 against the Cavs two weeks ago, 5-14 last game vs OKC, 2-13 against the Cavs in Feb, a 7 point game against the Lakers. His worst games this year are all against the good teams.

The reason the democrats lost isn’t because they need to move to the center, it’s BECAUSE they moved to the center. Millions of young and working class voters stayed home because they couldn’t see a difference between two parties cuddling with corporations hanging with Liz Cheney.

I loved Tress! That being said, this fits more the cozy fantasy vibe than most of his other works which are more world-ending stakes styles of series. The ability to write incredibly satisfying conclusions though remains consistent and is probably his biggest calling card.
