At one point I made a list of all the canon couples in SW film/TV I could think of to see if any got a happy ending, and it was, uh, bleak
(And that's even ignoring ships *I'd* argue were clearly being set up until Disney decided to be cowards & avoid, eg. Ezra/Sabine, Mando/Bo-Katan, etc)
