But, more important than that, is the trust placed in him. Trust that they're both doing this out of love for each other and that they're both exactly where they want to be. He ends his days feeling sated, wanted, and loved, and he couldn't ask for more.

🔞Typical rowdy bard he may be, but I think he would be satisfied just being with a man he loves regardless of the outcome of Astarion's past with this sort of thing. Granted, it doesn't hurt to have an experienced partner. One who knows him inch by inch, who knows how to see him undone. #tavqotd 🔞

Chocobo aside, Loumont also shares his life with a rambunctious young frost hound he's named Hati, after the mythical wolf that chases the moon across the sky. He is very much a puppy and likes to play, chase, and dig holes in the dirt. #wolqotd

I was hoping I'd be a little more motivated this evening, but having to put in 6 hours of overtime at work and impending monthly hormone time are both really kicking my ass and now I'm just sad

Gnash is afraid of both stagnation and change at the same time. He's generally a confident guy, sure, but he took an immortal lover. A lover who values freedom as much as he does. Their freedoms align, for now, for forever he hopes, but what if someday they don't? #tavqotd

We went to an apple orchard today for some fall fun!! Lots of people and animals were successfully cheeped at, including a gaggle of adorable puppies from a local rescue. I didn't get many pictures since I had to wrangle a bird, but a successful venture overall. #cockatiel

You're under no obligation to draw him or anything, I just like the idea of this qotd lol 6'6" with a bit of a chubby build, he regards his surroundings with a calm, assured demeanor, a curious spark in his eyes. #tavqotd

Do people not bother trying to call shots and direct the team in PVP anymore? Or did the bullies who have nothing better to do but be annoying in alliance chat put a stop to that I'm tired of losing because my team is so scattered and nobody knows what the hell is going on

Sword Dog @Workfest @sword-dog.bsky.social · 10/10/2026

Loumont is, despite his more subdued manner, an overall personable sort. He works well with his fellow adventurers and considers the input of others equally. He won't argue or start anything unless someone gives him a good reason to. #wolqotd

Gnash is a rocker through and through, with a bit of 80s hair metal energy thrown in for good measure. He's unabashedly unashamed to be who he is, and on occasion be loud about it. #tavqotd

Oh absolutely. He's comfortable enough around everyone to be an absolute rascal, and that's a beautiful thing.

010

Sword Dog @Workfest @sword-dog.bsky.social · 09/10/2026

He finds this act of cheek (pun intended) from his undead boyfriend to be more amusing than anything, and is happy to see him in good enough spirits to do something creative after all he's been through. Gnash can recognize skill when he sees it.

040

Sword Dog @Workfest @sword-dog.bsky.social · 09/10/2026

Gnash doesn't wear shirts often during downtime, and the ones he has are already embroidered for the most part, so maybe shirts aren't a great option... Imagine his surprise when he's de-pantsing one night and realizes he's had the word "Loverboy" across his ass all day #tavqotd

Loumont's father became a casualty of the Dragonsong War not long after he was born, which definitely factors into the fact that he sees Lord Fortemps as a father figure. And then there's the fact he would have been a father-in-law if the Vault had gone differently... #wolqotd

Volo-fied Gnash is a bit of a self-absorbed pain in the ass, coasting through life without a care, main priority being a different bedfellow every night. He gets turned into your stereotypical D&D bard, basically. Which he can be, just a tiny bit sometimes, but still. #tavqotd

Eclipse is the happy-go-lucky foil to Loumont's more subdued demeanor. He's eternally curious, likes people, and is always ready for whatever comes next. He's very loyal, loves his owner very much, and is the bane of vegetable gardens everywhere. #wolqotd

Gnash's adept hands mean he carves a decent pumpkin. It's a standard spooky face, with menacing eyes and fearsome fangs. It seems to be inspired by a certain someone... A fact he realizes after holding his creation up to said someone, and Astarion wonders how he puts up with him. #tavqotd

🔞Gnash is fascinated with parts he doesn't have, and often his hands find hair, ears that jut out, and... other stick-outy bits, if you know what I mean. He also likes to run his claw tips along the curves of a torso or hips, and will feel up chests and backs. And butts. #tavqotd 🔞

Something massive, malevolent, and mindless. Mechanical, maybe. It shambles about on an eternal watch, not quite alive, but not yet dead. It might be able to hear, but it cannot comprehend. Gnash's strategy of breaking minds doesn't exactly work when there's no mind to break. #tavqotd

Their difference in height is certainly something. Loumont towers over G'raha by approximately two feet, though neither of them are bothered by it. Miqo'te fit perfectly in an elezen lap, it turns out. We could probably add an age gap on top of it, but this case is... complicated. #wolqotd

Gnash is intrigued. Not only because there's free food and people to charm to his liking, but a big fancy castle is bound to be full of secret rooms that are, possibly, full of loot. He's confident he can take care of it if the host vampire(s) happen to be evil. #tavqotd

Any adventurer would be hard pressed to find a more loyal friend than Eclipse. Ever by his master's side, they've ran and fought and flown over a variety of landscapes all over the star. I like to think the two of them were responsible for an uptick in the usage of chocobos in Tural. #wolqotd

Gnash's dyes are black, red, and metallic silver. They match his scales and piercings, you see, and giving him a cohesive color scheme still looks good without revealing the fact that I'm not an artist and don't know much about color theory lol #tavqotd
