Club suite out of Gatwick was only plus. Largely disinterested (but friendly) crew. Food (still in post brunch era) crap. Afternoon tea portion size… I’ve had better on a domestic. Wi-Fi broken. Seat needed resetting twice. Door broken… I’m pretty done with BA. Got A380 F back, hope that’s better

I actually think there's other bigger ticket (but less frequently used) problems that need solving based on what I saw yesterday. I know controls are never staffed for when shit hits the fan at full force, but there were so many /big/ things missed last night...

Thing is, I didn't know and I was making better informed guesses than them. Example: almost every WoE service restarted Basingstoke last night, as long as its inbound left Salisbury. 2250 WAT-SAL inbound never left SAL. But they still advertised it as running. Needless to say it didn't.

I don’t think cause and reason matters too much as staff can always elucidate on that further. Most important thing is to get the timings and calling pattern right. I care about when the train is coming and not much else.
