Actually going super well. Letting agents rip on a huge design system migration has improved our codebase in measurable ways. fewer typescript error better react doctor scores more readable composition improved file structure fantastic UX

It's a design system migration (last rip through pages that aren't high critical). I'm low-key battle testing our infra and various design skills/linters/guidance we've built as part of the migration in ye olde world this would be a junior's "Go learn stuff tell me when you're done" project

One of the hardest leadership things is when you have an idea or solution but people don’t see the vision yet. Then 3 weeks later they arrive at the same conclusion and are excited that they figured it out. You then have to applaud and encourage them.
