Looking forward to MOG 2K tonight! First time wearing my Lycra suit out that I got at @forfunbangkok.bsky.social earlier in the year.

In a bizarre turn of events, the least organised person in the universe (me) has already packed for Maspalomas Fetish Pride, despite not flying until next Monday. Also- a lot easier to pack for than Folsom Berlin was. ☀️

For anyone who uses @estim.bsky.social ElectroRings and also enjoys chastity- last night I realised the neoprene straps for @kink3d.com cages double as the perfect way to keep the rings on too!

Sent a couple of form screenshots to my PT as I try to get my RDL bracing right - then noticed it looks like I’m getting fisted by a tiny man, haaaa.

Hahahah - I thought I’d had a similar thought some time ago.. 13 years back it seems

The fact I was able to get up at 5:30am for a gym session before my commute to work, the day after getting home late from Folsom, suggests I could probably have gone a *little* harder on the weekend- but I’m happy with my choices… And my chest pump today 😏 (and my new vinted Gymshark vest purchase)

A selection of this year’s unworn #FolsomEU outfits- a reminder to future me to PACK LESS FUCKING STUFF, IDIOT. Granted the rubber in the middle was bought this weekend so doesn’t really count ha.

Thirteen outfits becomes fifteen (plus a couple of t-shirts) - thank you @vilaingarconmtl.bsky.social and Boxer Berlin. And to Adidas for making trackies that go with everything.

The compression gods clearly listened to me from Saturday as they delivered me a sweaty muscletwink in a green Under Armour top today. Much appreciated. I went for grey Gymshark and Nasty Pig myself 👌 chest day best day 💪🐽

Switch taking a gym studio selfie.. he wearing a grey Gymshark Onyx V1 top, Nasty Pig gym shorts and a grey Nike cap worn backwards, plus lifting gloves. His chest, nips and abs are visible through the shirt, and he is semi flexing his bicep with arm down at his side.

Hevy reliably informs me it was my 200th workout today! 💪🐽 Got a new PT.. today was my 4th session of my new block, rounding off the week. Leaning lateral raises can get in the bin. Everything else was great though. And more boys should wear compression in the gym damnit.

Guess which dumb pig dressed in all black including joggers, to do a brand new leg day, in a rush, when his car is the garage and the gym is a 3 mile round trip walk. Oh god my …everything 🥵

Picture of switch walking along a path in front of a field and block of flats in the morning sun, he is looking at the camera with sunglasses on, tongue sticking out as if exhausted. he is wearing a black tight fit gym shirt, a yellow and black leather Mr Riegillio gym bag, and a black Nike cap worn backwards.

I told myself this wouldn’t just end up being a feed off gym thirst traps, but I wore the compression my mutt got me for my birthday, and after a load of pullovers, pollof presses and crunches the definition is pleasingly ridiculous. 👌

Day 46 and I did it! 10 pull-ups! (I started at 2) 💪🐽 I was allowed to unlock, then celebrated with a Venus wank while hooded, clamped and huffing my mutt’s jock… 60+ sec orgasm, felt incredible! That’s the joy of chastity, wanks become properly special- rather than just taking them for granted. 👌

I do love @poppersaromas.bsky.social - as I buy a lot I’ve got a decent loyalty discount and points to use, plus they do sales quite often. Long story short, this lot cost me £63 with free shipping. Three quid a bottle!

Feeling perky on my lunch, thought I’d post something- and while I do have an fc for #fcf, right now this ain’t coming off till I’ve managed to do 10 pull-ups in a row. 😤 I’ve hit 8 so far. PS. Chastity linked to gym progress is 🔥🐽

FOXy outfit for @reconnews.bsky.social Full Fetish tonight, with handy variant underneath for when I inevitably get too fucking warm. 🥵 and while I DO have MX boots I have made the executive decision to be comfortable tonight.. So let’s just call it ‘Recon 90% Fetish’. See you there.

Coming up to a year in the gym. And coming up to about 40c in the playroom- but sweat is alllll good for this musclepig. Oink.

Photo of Switch naked facing away from the camera, flexing and covered in sweat. His butt is frankly ridiculous.

In Bangkok with @bjslave.bsky.social 🇹🇭 - walked over 10km in 32c heat to end up at @forfunbangkok.bsky.social - where I bought a few things, including this slinky bit of kit. 😏 (We got the train back, we’re not mad.)

Was so pent up after the party that next day I got geared up in my full PVC suit and did my full MX. Heavy poppers, clamps on nipples and a certain mutt’s worn gear stuffed up in my helmet to huff. Sweaty piggy perfection. 👌

Masochism is: doing a big leg day on little sleep, the day before the Recon party. 😬 If you see me there and I’m whinging about aches, feel free to tell me it was my own stupid fault. My new shiny @aasssoxx.bsky.social suit I’m wearing to it is going to be a tight squeeze on the thighs I reckon!

Yay, supplies. Interested to give the Rush Butanol a go! Those green ones are butanol too and they’re fun. I don’t buy isopropyl but otherwise I like to experiment. The four in the bag are for @bjslave.bsky.social - he doesn’t get through them as fast, ha.

Decided to layer up in a mix of old and new gear to go see a friend the other night. Got very sweaty very quickly. 😏 (see alt text for gear IDs)

Pic 1 of 4. Switch looking down at camera in bedroom, arms behind head with pits on show.. wearing orange nasty pig hat and socks, Mr S black and orange neoprene jock and Mr S neoprene harness clipped to it.

Pic 2 of 4, Switch leaning against wall wearing Mr S ‘crossbow’ black neoprene tank and Mister B neoprene black trousers.. still wearing everything from pic 1 underneath.

Pic 3 of 4- over everything in pics 1 and 2, Switch is wearing a karting suit style sleeveless and shiny overall from Addicted Barcelona- it’s a stretchy smooth coated polyester fabric. He has his hands in his pockets, looking down at camera.

Pic 4 of 4- Switch in living room, wearing the 009 Tracksuit from Mr Riegillio over everything in pics 1 to 3. This is a shiny black pvc tracksuit with wide grey bands and orange outer bands running down the sides, and grey sleeves. In his feet are Nike Shox in a closely matching grey, black and orange colourway. And yes, he bought both because they went with each other and came out at the same time..
