Just add cooked vegetables to your smoothie - as long as you have other stuff in there you'll mainly taste the sweetest and strongest flavors. So for most smoothies that will be the dairy and fruit. It's the same way you can just add protein power, etc. to them without having a huge change.

It doesn't need terabytes of storage space to have hours of footage, you need gigabytes. An SD card with that much storage is not 'unobtainable'. You can get a dashcam that can hold days of video for less than these glasses.
