Still working away at Stuck together CH03. Sadly the Day Job, IRL stuffs and the new US tariffs messing with my side business haven't left me with as much motivated/energy for writing these last few weeks. And with the Fall being the busy season at the Day Job things might be rough for a while yet.

This is incredible, it hits hard for me in the same way a bunch of the BOLO stories do. Dealing with the loss, or even just the realization about having someone or someTHING to lose can make for some really powerful stories.

Introducing: The Dairy Fairy! When Mild Mannered Alice Dupree hears the siren song of someone missing milk, she transforms into THE DAIRY FAIRY. Using her massive milk cannons, The Dairy Fairy will sauce up cereal, froth your latte, and make sure can you will NOT be calcium deficient!

A character sheet for the Dairy Fairy. Her breasts massive, her hips impressive, she flies on wings made of milk to make sure that people in need of milk get it. On the page is a pin up pose, a version of the Fairy in her more Mild Mannered form, a moment where she's aggressively sampling her own supply, and a time when she helped someone in need of milk for their cereal. And by help, I mean sandwiched the individual's head in between her breasts and squeezed.

Making some good progress on Stuck Together CH3 but every time I see lactation stuff in my feed it makes me want to write something lactation-focused but none of my current backlog of ideas really fits, usually it's just a secondary thing rather than the main event as it were...

"Always Read the Instructions" is doing well and it's always nice to see the ratings and occasional comments roll in! Should be starting the first draft for "Stuck Together Ch. 03" soon! Luckily Stuck Together is quite direct in its story so this should only be about 5-7k works give or take!

That was 3+ years ago though, its not as big of a problem for me anymore but I still feel most comfortable working in the 4-10k word one-off short story format.

100

Swell Core EX @swellcoreex.bsky.social · 30/07/2026

I should have been clearer perhaps, it's not a problem that people do it, just that it often held ME back, especially when I was starting, I have plenty of story layouts/ideas that I just couldn't work on as the setup became too much for me to parse/handle.

Swell Core EX @swellcoreex.bsky.social · 30/07/2026

Honestly this is kinda the thing that got me all tangled up when I was starting to write smut, not that having a setting/framework to get to the smut is bad, just that I wound up over-emphasizing it to the point the project just collapsed under it's own weight.

I'm in the same boat. When it comes to animations I can usually enjoy more WG focused ones up to a certain point(depending on the artist/style naturally) and it's always when the tautness and roundness shifts to the folds and rolls.

Next story just passed the 5k word count heading into it's final act! This is another one off featuring a potion that didn't quite work out as intended, technically. Next will probably be the conclusion to Stuck Together, tackle another one-off and then get back to Coin of Virility.

Swell Core EX @swellcoreex.bsky.social · 08/06/2026

Stories like Coin of Virility or Stuck Together feel as though they "flow" better in the writing, editing and reading ways. Not to mention I want to deliver of the story in those, ST has one chapter left and CoV has at least another 3 solid ideas left for it, maybe more as I think of them...

100

Swell Core EX @swellcoreex.bsky.social · 08/06/2026

Still slowly picking my way through the editing pass on my next story, already pushing into 17k words just through tweaks, small additions and corrections. This is a style/format of story I'm not realizing really drags on me, will have to have a more critical eye when picking out new story ideas...

100

Swell Core EX @swellcoreex.bsky.social · 29/05/2026

I'll def be sticking to shorter stuff for a bit, still want to finish Stuck Together and keep going on Coin of Virility but I seem to just have way better work flow with shorter stuff overall.

000

Swell Core EX @swellcoreex.bsky.social · 29/05/2026

Okay, After delays, distractions and a little bit of burn out I've finished the first draft for my story. Editing passes will take a bit yet, its' 16k words so far and there's stuff I want to tweak/extend in there too. This will probably end up longer than Secret Menu...

As usually happens with my longer stories, my next one is kicking my butt right now. Just got past 11k words and nearing the final act so the end IS in sight, but might just miss April. Unfortunately this month has been pretty hectic for IRL stuff so things have been slow on a lot of fronts lately.
