😭 omg yes i'm on round 2 of my braces so I feel a lot more indifferent the second time around. Its hard to be disciplined when you have to take something in and out of your mouth all the time like a retainer, i feel you there. I have braces because im getting jaw surg, but they're coming off soon!

I finish my meditation mentorship training today and my mentor said she's so proud of my growth over the past 12 weeks. She's even going to do something special for us.
