Anyone else having problems with the Mutuals feed? It's by far my favorite feed, but lately I've been getting lots of errors.

I've been playing Star Trek: Online since March 2021 and just now I learned that First City on Qo'noS has a red light district. 🤔

In May 1985 I was finishing my freshman year as a student and attended my first campus concert. Tickets were funded by student fees and were free as long as you were a registered student. The band? REM.

An objective in the new Star Trek: Online mission "City on the Edge of Never" is titled "Locate Lieutenant Paris' Log." When I first got the objective, I thought it read "Locate Lieutenant paris' Leg." 🦵

Took a very short hike after work. I'm don't know why there are two beaver lodges side-by-side. I don't know how common that is. Maybe it is one large complex. 🦫

There is a hilarious new bug in the latest #StarTrek Online chapter where you can accidentally kill a boss if you have Moopsy with you as a combat pet, breaking the mission. 🖖

Pictures from an after-work 8 km hike. It was an absolutely perfect evening for hiking. There are not many weekdays left in the year that will allow for after-work hikes this long.

The new Equal Earth View map is infinitely better than depicting the Earth using a Mercator projection, but it does have a major flaw: It cuts out the Arctic ice pack, which deserves global attention during the climate change crisis. 🌍🐻‍❄️

(1/2) Did a longish after-work hike yesterday since the forecast here is for rain Tuesday-Thursday. It was warmer than I had expected and the mosquitoes are back with a vengeance, but it was still really nice. I'm breaking up my pictures in two parts: This is Part 1 – The Trail.

The new levies are expected to affect about 5% of Canada's annual exports to the U.S., roughly $20 billion in goods ranging from hockey sticks to agricultural products.

It's supposed to rain most of the weekend, so I tried to get in a longer than usual after-work hike today instead. However, the humidity and mosquitos made it fairly unpleasant. I ended up cutting my hike short as a result and also changed the route away from the water to avoid mosquitos. 🦟🩸
