Kyle K @swarley133.bsky.social · 05/08/2026Been getting back into comics for the first time since before my son was born nearly 5 years ago. Just finished Y The Last Man - INCREDIBLE journey that I can’t stop thinking about. Now diving into Grant Morrison’s long Batman run. 091
Kyle K @swarley133.bsky.social · 01/07/2026PlayStation no longer shipping discs starting in '28 and closing the PS3 store next July really sucks. Just another blow to the gaming industry - which is happening a lot recently. Feeling really nostalgic for the PS2 and 360/PS3 days lately. blog.playstation.com/2026/07/01/p...blog.playstation.comPhysical disc production ending in January 2028 for new games releasing on PlayStation consolesIn response to shifting trends in consumer preference, new games will be released on PlayStation Store and at retailers in digital formats only. 010

Kyle K @swarley133.bsky.social · 15/06/2026My favorite thing this past week has to be all the TikToks of World Cup fans visiting NA. The Mexicans and Koreans becoming BFFs, the Scots taking over Boston, the Algerians here in Kansas, the Dutch fans... Amazing to see all these people and cultures mingling and enjoying each other's company. 011
Kyle K @swarley133.bsky.social · 11/06/2026Have also been playing Shredder’s Revenge with my 4yo son - our first game together. He’s having a blast. Also finished up TLOZ: Link’s Awakening on Switch - definitely has me craving some more Zelda. Now I’ve finally started Alan Wake 2 and wow - so far it’s quite unique, and insanely gorgeous. 000
Kyle K @swarley133.bsky.social · 11/06/2026It’s been a fun past few weeks for my gaming adventures. Finished up 007 First Light and I have to say - one of my favorite games in YEARS. IOI nailed every aspect of the character. Still had the itch so I played 007 Agent Under Fire on PS2. Going to revisit some of those PS2 007 games this year. 000
Kyle K @swarley133.bsky.social · 20/05/2026Can’t stop taking pics in Forza Horizon 6! Their creation of Japan is so gorgeous and fun to drive. 000
Kyle K @swarley133.bsky.social · 06/05/2026The local game shop has been good to me this week. Have been really wanting the LRG physical copy of KOTOR and also the PS4 version of Mutants in Manhattan. 020

Kyle K @swarley133.bsky.social · 10/03/2026Last night was the last straw for having Corsair iCue installed on my PC. Have had numerous issues over the years with things not working right with it, but when it somehow filled up my C drive with over 700gb of whatever, it officially got the boot forever. You will not be missed. 000

Kyle K @swarley133.bsky.social · 27/02/2026I think this will be the one where I finally dive into the IP and share the experience with my son. Can't wait. 000
Kyle K @swarley133.bsky.social · 23/02/2026Went back and played through the Rainbow Six: Vegas campaign on Xbox 360 this past week. Man, that game still holds up. Wish we got shooter campaigns like that still - tactical and slow. Crazy how good it still easy even tho the game is 20 years old this year. I miss you, real Rainbow Six games. 010
Kyle K @swarley133.bsky.social · 20/02/2026This is definitely very bad. I want to vomit at that second sentence in the post. 000
Kyle K @swarley133.bsky.social · 03/02/2026Nobody wants shit like this. When are companies going to get it through their heads? 000
Kyle K @swarley133.bsky.social · 14/01/2026I know I'm way late to the party, but holy crap #Hitman: World of Assassination is phenomenal. All I can think about every day is alternate runs on maps and setting up my targets and hits. Currently on my second run on the Mumbai map and it's just 🤌.media.tenor.coma man in a suit adjusts his red tieALT: a man in a suit adjusts his red tie 000
Kyle K @swarley133.bsky.social · 07/01/2026Game #1 of 2026 is done! Finished up Ghost of Yotei last night. What a fantastic game. Wasn’t sure it would live up to Tsushima, but it does it most ways. Loved the weapon variety. Fantastic revenge story and the music, especially at the end, was phenomenal. 000
Kyle K @swarley133.bsky.social · 02/01/2026Completed my goal in 2025 to roll credits on 10 games. Ended up with 14 games completed! I think I'll up the goal to 12 for this year and see how it goes. Also interested to see if my acquisition of a Steam Deck changes my year end total much. 030
Kyle K @swarley133.bsky.social · 11/07/2025This game is looking phenomenal. I loved the Ghost of Tsushima so much, and this one seems to build on those systems quite a lot while offering plenty of fresh things with gameplay and story. 020
Kyle K @swarley133.bsky.social · 01/07/2025A couple gaming pick ups from last week. As someone who fell in love with the first Death Stranding earlier this year, the sequel is delivering so far. As for MGS3 - couldn’t believe this Japanese premium package showed up in my local shop. Couldn’t pass it up. 020
Kyle K @swarley133.bsky.social · 27/06/2025We hit 10! A lot sooner than I thought, but still glad I made the goal. Game 10 was Metal Gear Solid. Man, this one still holds up as a goat 27 years later. Need to get back to finishing my top 10 favorite games of all time list, b/c I think this is probably in there. 010
Kyle K @swarley133.bsky.social · 23/06/2025Wow! I was already incredibly excited for this game, but was not quite expecting these review scores. With how divisive the first game was, it's interested to see this. First game was a masterpiece imo, so I'm pretty eager to dive into this on Thursday. 000
Kyle K @swarley133.bsky.social · 22/06/2025#9 finished! This weekend I finished Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. Incredible game. Amazing story. Very fun combat. Beautifully crafted world. I’m not even a turn based combat fan and it was a blast. Just couldn’t have guessed where that story would have ended up. So dang good. 000
Kyle K @swarley133.bsky.social · 12/06/2025So the multiplayer in MGS Delta is basically a prop hunt mode? Much less excited now that they revealed it's not MGO. (still incredibly pumped for the campaign, tho) 000
Kyle K @swarley133.bsky.social · 09/06/2025But - I am extremely excited for some stuff shown: RE9, Clockwork Revolution, Beat of Incarnation, Outer Worlds 2, Stranger Than Heaven, Blood of Dawnwalker. And sign me up right now for the ROG Xbox Ally. 000
Kyle K @swarley133.bsky.social · 09/06/2025Have to say, SGF and the surrounding shows this year felt pretty meh. Sony was decent - but I miss the big Showcases. SGF was underwhelming for the most part. And Xbox - where were the big first party games we're waiting for - E-Day, Fable, Perfect Dark, Forza Horizon... 000
Kyle K @swarley133.bsky.social · 05/06/2025Hold up… was Metal Gear Online teased at the end of that trailer? I will no-life that shit if so lol. I’ve missed MGO and MGO2 so much. 010
Kyle K @swarley133.bsky.social · 03/06/2025My hype levels are off the charts for The Witcher 4. That tech demo looked so good! 000
Kyle K @swarley133.bsky.social · 03/06/2025Played the Hell Is Us demo on Steam. Damn, that was pretty cool. Very cool setup for the world and story - gave me a bit of RE meets Remedy vibes but with melee combat? I love the idea of not objective markers, just figure it out. Feels a bit old school in that regard (in a good way). 010
Kyle K @swarley133.bsky.social · 21/05/2025New 1/18 model added to the collection - AO Racing Porsche GT3 R. Saw this one win the GTD Pro class in person at Indy last year. #IMSA 000
Kyle K @swarley133.bsky.social · 17/05/2025Between the baserunning stupidity and the relievers walking everyone this inning... this game is sickening. #RedSox 120
Kyle K @swarley133.bsky.social · 16/05/2025These are clean AF! I may or may not have already ordered the hat and a t-shirt lol. 000
Kyle K @swarley133.bsky.social · 14/05/2025Great video on how crappy jerseys have gotten under Fanatics. I really miss the Majestic days in MLB before Fanatics bought them. 010
Kyle K @swarley133.bsky.social · 14/05/2025Atrocious loss for the #RedSox tonight. 3 blown leads in 11 innings. Throwing Weissert for a second inning was absolutely baffling. 000
Kyle K @swarley133.bsky.social · 12/05/2025Random baseball thought of the day: I'm still not over the #RedSox not offering Mookie Betts what he wanted and trading him for a terrible return. I sorely miss watching him play every night. 010
Kyle K @swarley133.bsky.social · 11/05/2025First baseball game for the kiddo! Great to see a 10-1 #RedSox win in KC. 020
Kyle K @swarley133.bsky.social · 09/05/2025Not sure I could be anymore excited about #DeathStranding2 than I am at this point. First one was a masterpiece. Can only imagine how Kojima has ramped things up for the sequel. 000
