Emil Chronicle Online is patently not very good but I am quite enjoying it. If you have a pleasant artstyle you can go incredibly far with me despite glaring shortcomings.

My favourite gameplay quirk of Emil Chronicle Online so far is that the UI is cumbersome and constantly needs to be moved around. In cutscenes characters would just walk into the scene directly behind something you have open

Only gave my Metal Gear 1 replay a few minutes so far because I was sweepy but it really is more silly than I remembered. The radio comms are like comically incompetent. Big Boss talks like he's lying in a hammock on a beach drinking out of a big coconut.

theres this shot towards the very end of metal gear after you defeat REX where the camera takes a shot of its front like this and it always stuck with me. I barely even know what it actually is, but it looks really bestial

i have so many maplestory characters that just crash the game when i load into them because the maps i left them in are broken, most amazing game ever!!!

giving up caffeine has been surprisingly easy and fine but part of me wonders if the turmeric herb teas i favour would be even worse for my teeth than straight coffee because anyone who has handled turmeric would know that stuff loves staining everything

If cheevs are anything to go off, I'm now learning that Marisa in EOSD is has a much lower clear rate than Reimu. Makes sense of course, they're harder to control and you need to be directly under your target because their attacks have no homing................. but I prefer Marisa she's so fun

Replayed enough of OoT to get the master sword and feel like tapping out there. I truly hoped to play the whole game for the first time in many years, but I only find it okay, even a little grating with the Z-targeting logic, especially in Jabu Jabu's Belly.

I was a little worried to hear that Eclipsium added a sprint button because I thought the pacing felt incredibly deliberate throughout, so I loaded the game up just now to check out the new update and it's definitely one of those fake "pull back the fov a little" sprints lol
