Obada is a lawyer in Gaza, with no income. He's struggling to provide basic needs for his family with three children. Without donations, he won't be able to pay the rent this month and it's been more than two weeks without a single donation. gofund.me/12fd4d57b

This month's rent is $500 the roof over my three children in Gaza. 🇵🇸 I don't ask out of despair, but out of trust in the good still left in this world. $5, a share, or a prayer each one holds us up. With hardship comes ease. gofund.me/12fd4d57b

A third of the European Union, alongside Britain, helped Israel to slaughter the people of Gaza with weapons, money and goods. And today it wants to limit sanctions to individuals and settlements,

"People of all faiths have the right to live without prejudice or fear" A speech is delivered in London, as military planes depart for Tel Aviv without transparency. International law does not recognize duality: those who call for coexistence should not facilitate extermination. ⚖️ Lawyer from Gaza

We in Gaza don't just read the numbers we live them. Every plane that lands in Tel Aviv with undeclared information is turned into additional testimony in a file that will not be closed until the door of justice is closed or opened.

One day, I look forward to visiting Jerusalem not as an occupied city, but as part of a free and liberated Palestine - a single state with equal rights for all, where Palestinians enjoy the freedom, dignity and equality that have been denied to them for far too long.

East Jerusalem isn’t legally part of Israel, but apparently Israel can still decide what the UK does with its consulate there. Nothing says “respect for international law” quite like ignoring it when it’s inconvenient. Thanks for proving the point

020

Lawyer Obada Al Salqawy @sw8ee.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

Israel is kicking the UK consulate out of Jerusalem, land it doesn’t legally own. The irony is almost too perfect, especially when you remember Britain created this mess by treating Palestine as theirs to give away to Zionists.

Adidas: "Sorry we glorified a soldier from the army that amputates Palestinian limbs." Sorry doesn't un-amputate 8,000 limbs. Sorry doesn't resurrect 66 children killed in that assault. Boycott made them apologize. Boycott makes them change. #BDS #BoycottAdidas

This is too cute! Obada shares video one of his kids coloring a picture of Palestine & practicing her Arabic letters. He wants you to know his kids need real educations, & that's hard to come by in Gaza under genocide. So he needs a lot our support with this. Here's his fundraiser. Boost & give.

If someone keeps stealing from your house and offers to let you keep one room, then half a room, then a closet is the mistake refusing, or is the mistake the theft itself? You are blaming the victim for not accepting increasingly worse conditions of their own dispossession. #freedom #explor

When the Palestinian 'accepted' and 'cooperated' they gained nothing, but lost much more. So, what is the mistake that keeps repeating? What is the error of trusting those who do not keep their promises? #stopped

In times of crisis, no family should have to carry such a burden alone. Solidarity can be a donation, a share, a kind message, or simply helping our story reach someone new. Sometimes one share can bring hope back to an entire family. #StandWithGaza #ShareToHelp #HumanityFirst gofund.me/12fd4d57b

My children do not ask for a luxurious life. They only want a quiet morning, enough food, a safe place to sleep, and time to play without fear. War takes more than homes it takes childhood. I hope Lara, Sultan, and Zain can feel safe again. #GazaChildren #LetChildrenLive @chantalalive.blacksky.app
