As a parent of kids who attended FCPS schools, I’m so sad to hear this, and so sorry for your experience. Glad to hear there are other ways of getting your books to kids in the community, but so angry to hear you weren’t able to share your book in schools. ❤️

Sending so many hugs. We raised an extremely high-needs kids, and I spent years wondering how I was going to survive it. We also eventually qualified for at-home support, and it was absolutely worth the work of getting it. I hope you’re able to get some help accessing it. In the meantime,

Not always, but it generally is over the last ?5? years. I’ll have students fill it out so we can discuss it in class, and often they can’t access it.
