I keep telling people; "popular doesn't mean better" svelte is undoubtedly better than most and I don't care what the most popular is.

Will do...

I've actually decided it's much easier to go with a local model fastino/ GLİNER-2.5-Decide to handle this exact task.

I will be migrating svelte-apps.me to sveltekit 3 over the weekend. Just putting this here to hold myself to it. Let's see how it goes 😁 Considering how much work I have in my service worker, this is gonna be a doozy

The handle is just my personal site 🤭😂 Plus yes, the DX is awesome with svelte. Ever since I switched from next js to svelte I haven't gone back 😁

I would suggest going with svelte. Plus AI is very good at writing svelte (they have an office svelte mcp) and svelte is super lightweight and works with all things TS and JS. It's the best in my opinion.

I'm about to start updating/rewriting a bunch of my apps 🥹👏

Wait do people really just keep their system on for days on end running agents and sub agents or am I just really behind...

With all the jev craze, I've decided to go with a local model fastino/GLiNER-2.5-Decide. I'll be using it to delete old emails and reduce my AI usage. I'll be using with my github.com/Michael-Obel...

But won't that make you addicted to the use of it 😭 Like when it's no more you'll have to relearn how to survive without it. I prefer to use the super cheap models that way I'm not used to some super expensive models that I most definitely can't afford using long-term.

After checking the other comments, it's definitely the react experience, they should try moving to Sveltekit 😂

Michael @svelte-apps.me · 01/10/2026
It's probably the react experience happening here

So it's okay for them to sell our data but bad for us to access the same data?

remember that they sold reddit posts to openAI for training data they don’t want you to have free data if they can sell it, they think they own all user generated content on there

A legit use case I would love to do too. I'll see if I can get it to work from the Opencode API, I need to cleanup my email too.

Prompt an AI to "Take the last 5 years of the US news and history and a bit of the world news too and write a summary, make it sound like a movie intro". The answers are 🥲😂

Just a reminder that I built github.com/Michael-Obel... with tmcp.io for getting documentation from any site. Docs at dsharkd.svelte-apps.me Trust me it's easier and more reliable than using something like context7 (if you still use those)

I always say this. Move to svelte you'll never regret it. My stack recently has been sveltekit + bun + tmcp

Been looking at that Open Executive GitHub and gotta say, it's pretty dystopian trying to replace a whole company of people with just AI. Anyways from a developer standpoint I was even more appalled by the code and how convoluted it was. I'm ending up rewriting the whole thing from py to TS

Michael @svelte-apps.me · 22/09/2026
Wait they do? 🥲

Today has been crazy. I don't know if building faster means we're being more productive or just building more things faster...

So I saw that Open Executive repo and wanted to give it a try, ended up migrating it to Sveltekit and adding TMCP. 😂 Check it out on github.com/Michael-Obel... #svelte #tmcp

Also I noticed that once I logged in, the error was gone so I thought maybe tell people to login along side the 500 error

Caching a lot of complicated caching would help, it's what I normally do in my apps. We fetch from the API once and have everything cached to memory on the server and you could even make everyone use one server cache, it'll save you a lot of API trips.

Great job as always. Though, when I went to site, it said "api.npmjs.org is rate limiting this deployment." I would suggest instead telling people to login, instead of the rate limiting error.

I just installed Howdy on my PC and it was a pain to debug; error after error, even with AI. Normally that fix just dies in that one chat. Next time it's hell again. Glad I built Sepia so it remembers across any model or chat 😅 sepia.svelte-apps.me

You can't edit on bluesky, so edit before it publishes. Schedule with aghara, check your queue, fix the typo while you still can. aghara.svelte-apps.me/docs/mcp And yes; I have edited this message more times than I can count.

Shipped Aghara MCP v0.1.3 today — fixed the bug where gateways sent array args as JSON strings. If you hit stringified array errors, update and it just works.

Looking forward to turning on payments for Aghara soon. Creator and Pro will finally be live — been wanting to get this out for a while. More once it is open.

Got tired of the Lemon Squeezy issues so I moved Aghara billing to a different setup. Rebuilt the whole flow — initialize, webhook, the lot. Feels good to own it again.

They could use some skill or prompt for the AI to be more simple, wonder how a PR made with the caveman skill would be. 😂
