#NP George Benson - 20/20 (1985). Might good smooth jazz pop album!

#NP Pink Floyd - The Final Cut (1983). Far from their best work, but it has grown on me over the years, especially after seeing Waters live a few years ago where he played a few songs off of this.

My daughter is playing a football match this morning. Beautiful weather, but nippy. Snow on the mountains. Notice how low the sun is - photo taken almost exactly at midday. Have a lovely Saturday everyone!

#1001Albums #76. I'm not too keen on the early Queen catalog. Not hard enough rock for my taste, and not proggy enough to keep me interested for an entire album. But it's been a while, so I'm looking forward to revisiting this. 1001albumsgenerator.com/albums/0NouB...

#1001Albums #75. They say the music of your high school and university years is formative, but not for me. I was never much into grunge or electronica. I left parties early to go home and listen to real music - rock of the 60s and 70s 🤪 1001albumsgenerator.com/albums/2ELLu...

I guess calling it a man cave isn’t an exaggeration… But when you live in the Arctic and half the year is spent in wet, cold and dark conditions, everyone needs to have a cozy place. This is mine. I just found out how to make Indy 500 play Adlib or Roland MT-32 music for the first time. Happy days!

I finally added an early Sound Blaster AWE 32 to my vintage computer hardware collection. This holds a special place in my heart as it was my synth and composition (Cakewalk) workhorse for most of the 1990s. I even made music for a mini ballet and a few short films with custom soundfont samples.

Yes!!! My first new Amiga since 1988 is on its way. The Amiga 500 was a revolution when it was released in 1987 and got a bunch of us kids into computing, gaming, music making, video and graphics production. A true multimedia PC - and affordable to boot! youtu.be/CIiMtfK1o8A?...
