So apparently two international flights have departed the city of Irkutsk in Siberia this morning for Beijing and Uzbekistan. Irkutsk, the epicentre of an apparent outbreak of pneumonic plague. Another went to Thailand yesterday. Has anyone said "Well it's not great, but it's not terrible" yet?
