Cereal rye (Secale cereale) and canola (Brassica napus) cover crops reduce dry bean (Phaseolus vulgaris) herbivore damage
Cereal rye and canola cover crop treatments reduced dry bean insect damage through changes in the soil. However, the impact on plant defenses varied with the cover crop species and accross locations.
