4/ The results reinforce that surgical experience matters: the three surgery-aligned systems outperformed the general-purpose frontier models. Our purpose-built MViT Multi-task model achieved 79.0% agreement with expert annotations, followed by SurgMotion at 75.3% and LEMON at 69.2%.
