This is where I write something which refers to a single ep of television that aired in 2009 -- then never change it for the life of the platform. She/Her Minneapolis, MN
![The Guthrie Theatre at night. Lobby lit and stairs with light shining through visible.
The original, true, Tyrone Guthrie Theatre, designed by Ralph Rapson. Joined through a lobby section to the Walker Art Center. Once THE hub of the Arts in Minneapolis.
Now demolished. Replaced by a parking garage and a hill where the museum does art themed mini golf in the summer. And by a new giant Ikea looking blue multi stage Guthrie along the Mississippi river downtown. Built so they could have a proscenium stage to lure "big broadway shows" [read with jazz hands and disgust].
The original had a single (plenty customizable) thrust stage. And one of the most respected repertory company in the world.](https://cdn.bsky.app/img/feed_thumbnail/plain/did:plc:oj4st26cuhbzxdopziks35un/bafkreih27sgxmvpvcvb2z3eoyomihrmfip42nqenivr72qkflfu7br64xq)
