At the moment, school leavers in Wales will know more about the history of America and Nazi Germany than the history of their own country. The new GCSEs in History being introduced in September this year are likely to exacerbate this situation even further. We need your support to ensure that learning the story of our country is put at the forefront, giving our young people the opportunity to understand and appreciate Welsh history as a central part of their education.
