Okay, this is cool. In Japan, buying a ticket to Supergirl comes with the full first issue of Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow. Translated into Japanese with a QR code to buy it.
Every comic book movie should do this.

Hi Perry and Derrick,
I just caught your episode reflecting on Planetary: The Fourth Man, especially your shout-out to fans ready to revisit All Over the World and Other Stories. The way you highlight continuity in comic storytelling, and connect it to engaged communities like Gordon’s Doctor Who Meetup, really hit home as someone who sees how powerful shared worlds can be for fans and creators alike.
With that in mind, I’d love to suggest [REDACTED], the creator behind [REDACTED], as a guest for Superhero Cinephiles. [REDACTED] work draws from an expansive universe full of action-adventure and fantasy, most notably in series like [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] recently recognized [REDACTED] for “[REDACTED],” and their recent deal with [REDACTED] is putting their stories in local shops each month.
[REDACTED] honest approach to world-building and his experience engaging nearly 23,000 readers from comic, fantasy, and gaming communities means he’s more than ready to bring something fresh to your conversations about superhero, sci-fi, and fantasy media. I think your listeners would appreciate hearing firsthand how these new universes come together and why connective threads really matter to fandom.
Thanks for considering [REDACTED], and for making your show such a thoughtful space for passionate comic fans.](https://cdn.bsky.app/img/feed_thumbnail/plain/did:plc:apwzyekz3bjlvrvlrrt35jdv/bafkreihx6dxanc7c3zggltzic7bz4lmlur27luuqeff5t2la5h544jhj2y)
