The Blue Bash is over for another year! It’s my county’s Dem Party fundraising & GOTV event. My friends and I ran the first ever craft table and helped folks make tie-dyed bandannas. While the candidates were speaking, the heavens opened up and it poured buckets. Still a really positive experience.

Just came back from Ozzie’s checkup. The vet thinks he might have temporary heart inflammation instead of congenital heart disease, which is good. She cut back on his meds & wants to see him again in 3 months. Ozzie was thrilled to hear he can eat as much as he wants for now. #catsOfMastodon

We found anemones on the beach! It’s a kind I’ve never seen before. They have clear arms and are very well camouflaged. Do you see the tiny brown circles in this photo? That’s them, about 2” diameter. #marineBiology #ocean #beach
