bryn @superbryntendo.com · 26/09/2026Idk how pervasive this is industry-wide but it was literally a recommended behavior in the new hire training at AWS 130
bryn @superbryntendo.com · 03/07/2026My baby slapped me on my eyeball with a wet hand this morning. I have broken so many bones and i think I preferred that experience. 230
bryn @superbryntendo.com · 19/06/2026So much nostalgia in here. Incredible to see so many projects laid out like this 💜 110

bryn @superbryntendo.com · 13/01/2026The student pricing of $30/yr is excellent, though. I just don't understand the value of this packaging for anyone else in 2026. 000
bryn @superbryntendo.com · 13/01/2026I learned Logic Pro at Berklee and it's fine. Final Cut too (though I'd argue DaVinci is far better at this point FOR FREE). I won't speak to Pixelmator (haven't used). But why are Numbers, Pages, and Keynote in here? Freeform too? These are products I can't get them to stop trying to give me. 200
bryn @superbryntendo.com · 13/01/2026As a creator, this is a hilariously bad deal. www.theverge.com/news/861279/...theverge.comApple Creator Studio suite is launching to take on AdobeSix apps for less than a monthly Photoshop sub. 100
bryn @superbryntendo.com · 30/11/2025We got some mini cookie cutters and saw one that we thought would make a goofy Michelin star cookie... Fittingly, the recipe was ass. 030
bryn @superbryntendo.com · 28/11/2025There are flavors I don't like but I understand why people like them and what they bring to the table... and then there's white chocolate. It improves nothing. It brings no benefit. We, as humans, should cease production of it. 030
bryn @superbryntendo.com · 08/11/2025New ep of gastronauts is setting up @jordanmyr1ck.bsky.social for so many perfect zingers. Best ep of the best food show. 🤌 0102
bryn @superbryntendo.com · 07/11/2025Don't use Xcode much, but I just moved from an m1 ultra to an m4 pro and the speed diff is negligible on pretty much everything else so I wouldn't bet on a big upgrade. 010
bryn @superbryntendo.com · 03/11/2025In case you were curious, the process of buying a car still sucks in 2025. 040
bryn @superbryntendo.com · 15/10/2025Finally replaced my old Amplifi router with a couple UniFi Express 7s and it turns out I had been straight up throttling myself by holding onto that thing for so long. 120
bryn @superbryntendo.com · 21/09/2025The cheap feeling comes from the aluminum core I think. It just feels lighter than a carbon steel typically would. I kinda got used to that with the strata but totally get where you're coming from. 010
bryn @superbryntendo.com · 21/09/2025TBH, I think you can be pretty confident that's not the case. It just doesn't behave like it has a coating. I think they're just doing something clever with the combo of nitriding and texturing and I just want to figure out how that thing works. 100
bryn @superbryntendo.com · 14/09/2025@theverge.com has been doing a pretty great job of toeing the line between ads and membership lately, but this is a rough one. @reckless.bsky.social, is there a number that subscribers could ever pay to not see this kind of module? 240

bryn @superbryntendo.com · 24/06/2025"agentic ai" is a stupid name. just call it the gig autonomy and get it over with. 030
bryn @superbryntendo.com · 18/06/2025I can see how they got to this decision (it's a shared app with at least slightly more beneficial integrations to appliances like washer/dryer cycle notifications), but I don't think it adds anything here. 010
bryn @superbryntendo.com · 17/06/2025Worse. It's WiFi and requires logging in through their servers. 120
