As a budget conscious audiophile, TOZO Golden X1s are the best LDAC Bluetooth earbuds I've heard. Impressive sound and surprisingly affordable. Once you get a good good seal, you will experience a warm and richly detailed soundstage. Solid noise canceling as well. Sounds good for calls + ANC too.

Hey @nytimes.com what's the deal with you failing to cover the huge turnout at protests yesterday? Doesn't fit your "the left is scrambled and unorganized" narrative?

You're dropping gems on BlueSky on the daily! Love seeing your library; I'm inspired. thank you for sharing. My own current stack includes:

Phil Hine - Pseudonomicon, and

Would love to see, or engage myself, with a deeper analysis of this. Lot of prominent voices boosting this means we need to get specific with the critique. And on the "judging a book by it's cover" side - this is never a good sign.

Klein's book cover looking a whole lot like Deepak Chopra's

Been on a Wilhelm Reich investigation, and now it's time to dig in. Originally published in 1933 and extremely pertinent today. Reich is an important voice on this and many related topics, and writes with a rare clarity and force. He remains vastly under-read, and I hope that changes.

Experimenting with Feedback Systems, cybernetic music a la Roland Kayn and Arcane Device This particular patch was inspired by MrSonology on YouTube, though I went pretty off the rails because Reaktor Blocks is such a deep platform especially with Unfiltered Audio and ToyBox audio expansions

Deleuze on "inhuman relations", to borrow a term from Hillman.

Deleuze "There is an inhumanity proper to the human body, and to the human mind."

"Bergson is not one of those philosophers who ascribes a properly human wisdom and equilibrium to philosophy. To open us up to the inhuman and the superhuman (durations which are inferior or superior to our own), to go beyond the human condition: ...," Gilles Deleuze, Bergsonism

Currently reading Jack Vance - the Dying Earth Reminds me a lot of Zothique, clearly influenced by that. Clearly influenced Wolfe's Book of the New Sun in turn. Wolfe referred to this collection as his "book of gold", or endless source of wonder and inspiration.

Spent the last 8 months reading Gene Wolfe's Solar Cycle and some related works. The problem is I'm not sure I can ever finish reading them based on what a wild ride it was. As a huge fan of Jorge Luis Borges and Clark Ashton Smith, I can't believe I waited this long to let the Wolfe in my door
