Graveyard Shift deserves a mention. A great overview of what the city constantly throws at the judges, and how they are basically just machines. Work, 10 minutes sleep, work, repeat. Also, the series of 'Every month a group of top Mega-City criminals...' which gave us classics like Blobs.
