Kicking things off with Cammy and Audrey from @eggtempest.bsky.social!

My party after recently finishing Dragon Quest 3 for the first time 🐉⚔️ #DragonQuest #DQ3

An ensemble of four characters that form a party in Dragon Quest 3 HD-2D Remake. The art is styled after the limitations of the original NES game; all of the characters are drawn in limited palettes using only the colors available to the console, over a black background with writing in a font modeled after the in-game text. On the top left is Donut, a paper tiger who started as a priest before reclassing into a warrior. Befitting her personality, she is a large and imposing woman with long cyan hair kitted out in a full suit of armor with the trident symbol seen on priest outfits present on the helmet and breastplate. Her eyes cast a glance down in an intimidating manner, and her fist is balled into her other hand in a pose that threads the line between prayer and cracking knuckles. On the top right is Biscuit, a daydreamer who started as a monster wrangler before reclassing into a martial artist. Although she wears the typical martial artist garb, her neckwear is changed to a fur hood with decorative fangs, and she has short hair tied into two buns with covers that resemble Slimes. She is depicted in a defensive stance with her fists and leg raised, and is joined by a Slime companion. On the bottom left is Yogurt, a show-off who started as a merchant before reclassing into a sage. She has pink hair tied into two ponytails at the bottom with yellow ribbons, and has a haughty expression on her face as she leans forward onto her staff. Compared to the traditional sage, her cape is now attached to her merchant's vest and she has a small neckerchief in place of the sage's scarf. She also wears leggings, and her staff has a stone tied at the end rather than wood. On the bottom right is Caramel, the hero who originally had a free-spirited personality before developing a contrarian attitude later on. Her design is identical to the female hero design in Dragon Quest 3, and she is depicted lifting Erdrick's Sword into the hair triumphantly.

PRISMONTH - Day 28 ☀️ Soleanne was once a gifted young girl with magic powers far beyond anyone's expectations. However, she grew to resent the unwanted attention her "gift" brought her, and vanished one day without warning, soon to be forgotten by most. Where could she have been all these years...?

PRISMONTH - Day 27 ⛓️ Little is known about the history of Saegis, the shadow-cloaked mage who dabbles in the art of chain magic. Claiming to be guided by "the world's most glorious mage", this enigmatic figure seeks to realize his vision for a new world where magic is restored to its former glory...

PRISMONTH - Day 26 🔐 Hecatia is a mysterious attendant who appears in Del Iris to hunt down the bearer of an all-powerful stone. Her magic prowess is eerily potent, but she seems otherwise out of her element, ambling about with a harrowing expression as if she isn't fully in control of herself...

Underneath her dress is a thin dark gray long-sleeve. The most visibly apparent aspect of Hecatia's design is that it is littered with chains. A metal ring is suspended over her chest with 8 chain-links connected to it; two that go over each shoulder, as well as two that fall down her body and wrap around her hips. A similar chain can be seen wrapped around her right hand, with a loose end as if it was connected to something but broken off, as well as near the end of her dress. The bottom of her dress features several golden pins arranged at varying intervals of height, with chains connecting them together. The remaining portion of dress underneath this decoration is visibly darker, and the hems that rest on the ground take a jagged shape. A much larger and dark-gray chain is also visible wrapped around her waist like a belt to hold her dress in place. Hecatia is posed arched slightly forward with her hands open and cupped together; combined with her expression, it conveys her ghastly appearance and attitude.

PRISMONTH - Day 25 (Guest!) 🎤 "DJ Meeks" worked an IT job at a broadcasting station before discovering her talent as a radio personality and spinning off into her own program. Despite her title, she's far from meek; she acts peppy on air, but delusions of stardom are always dancing in her vain head.

She wears a grey polo shirt which is tucked into her navy blue pants on her left side. A red ribbon is tied around the collar of her shirt, and her pants are held in place by a belt that has a loose ring over her left hip. She wears a puffy shoulderless varsity jacket over her shirt, which is dark green in color. It features a bright magenta top, an alternating black and white striped pattern on the sleeves that resemble piano keys, and two magenta and cyan stripes at the bottom hem. On the left side of the jacket are two buttons as well as an emblem resembling a power button, as well as the number "01" which is usually associated with Hatsune Miku. She wears black sicks and white slip-on sneakers with cyan soles. PRISMONTH - Day 24 🏔️ Greig is the lord of the von Winterbergs, a powerful fighter who runs a lodging in the mountains of eternal winter. Many know him as a jolly man burdened by a sorrowful past. With a grim look on his face, he gives his children a mission to seek all the magic crystals they can...

He has shoulder-length dirty blonde hair as well as a voluminous beard that covers most of the bottom half of his face. Much like the rest of his family, his eyes are purple in color. He wears a large navy-blue parka with white faux fur inside the hood as well as lining the hem. Similar faux fur can be seen in sleeves worn over his forearms, alongside black gloves. Underneath his parka is a thick black sweater shirt as well as a blue scarf. His pants are also navy-blue in color, and he wears large snow boots predominantly white in color, with a black and blue upper half as well as black lacing. He carries a gargantuan mallet known as Schwinghammer, which is stylized to resemble (or perhaps partially made out of) of an iceberg. The rim around the mallet's face resembles a more crystalline form of ice, with jagged spikes resembling icicles jutting out. The hammer's handle is this same color as well. Greig is depicted kneeling down on one leg, one arm resting on his raised knee while the other hoists Schwinghammer over his shoulder. He is depicted glancing down and away with a furrowed and troubled expression on his face, capturing the inner turmoil he struggles with regarding his "sorrowful past" and current path.

PRISMONTH - Day 23 🥽 Shay is the youngest of the von Winterberg siblings. In a family of big personalities, he struggles to stand out due to being meek and timid. Though armed with a weapon, he doesn't enjoy fighting much, preferring to spend his time guiding people or animals lost in the mountains.

PRISMONTH - Day 22 💪 Evan is the eldest of the von Winterberg siblings. He idolizes his father and aspires to prove himself worthy as next in line to inherit the family lodgings. His boisterous nature and showman attitude may seem pompous, but his battle prowess truly is better than his hospitality.

PRISMONTH - Day 21 💎 Miriam is the middle child and self-proclaimed princess of the von Winterbergs, a family from the frigid heights. She acts cruel, manipulative, and self-absorbed, but does have a soft spot for her family. Her arrogance often leads her on her own agenda if something seems amiss.

She wears purple thigh-high heel boots underneath her dress, with small white bows on the vamps. She is depicted performing an arrogant laugh, and holding a large personal battle axe named Hildegrim in her hand. Hildegrim resembles an oversized labrys, with a burgundy shaft, a red sleeve in the center, and a large purple metal sleeve flanking the sides of the softer red sleeve. The top of her axe features a large golden crown-like decorum with a pink gem placed within.

PRISMONTH - Day 19 🌟 Centuries ago, a battle to protect the planet was waged when a pack of extraterrestrial Asteleo arrived in search of mana to consume. It had cataclysmic tolls, leading to the gradual decline and near-extinction of mages in modern times. At least they're gone for good, right...?

Its head is pitch-black in color and shaped like an upside-down five-pointed star, with two pointed ears, two large tusks jutting out from its head, and a sharp fanged beak. Its eyes are a bright yellow, with no visible sclera as the glow from its eyes seem to illuminate the inside of its head. Asteleo's head is surrounded by a brilliant white "lion's mane" with a yellow tint to it, flat in shape and resembling a depiction of the sun. Four large black spikes protrude from it, aligned in a roughly square formation surrounding the head and pointing outwards in the direction they face. Attached to the back are two massive jet-black wings resembling those of a bat, with four golden claws attached to the top joints of each wing. Its body is a serpentine stream of flame, with no limbs to speak of. Three black rings with 8 large spikes protruding from them each can be seen fitted around various parts of Asteleo's body, while the tip of its "tail" is flanked by two golden M-shaped ornaments that resemble a four-pointed star when grouped together. A round, core-like object is visible beneath its head and mane, resembling a sun with inverted colors; primarily dark red but with pulsing yellow and orange spots, as well as a faint iridescent hue. With its head pointed up, Asteleo visibly glances down, with its body coiled into a shape resembling an infinity symbol and its wingspan demonstrated by lifting them up as if preparing to flap them.

PRISMONTH - Day 18 🌌 Seam lives on a remote island with many Bows, honing his innate magic, an ability almost entirely lost to time. He has noble intentions, but his judgment is clouded by self-held impossible standards, tackling problems beyond his limits with extreme measures to avoid taking help.

Underneath his blazer is a green jabot wrapped around his neck with a golden band, a maroon undershirt, and a beige sash loosely folded around his waist. He wears ankle-length pants that are a dark olive hue, as well as similarly colored v-strap sandals. He is depicted in a levitating pose, his right arm held close to his face as a trail of purple flame with a cosmic appearance follows his tightly-gripped hand.

PRISMONTH - Day 17 📡 Massive automatons called Satellitans have been seen in areas surrounding Del Iris lately. Self-described harbingers of disaster that come in many forms, reports conflict between their offerings of respite and tendency for haywire destruction. Just what is their true purpose...?

As the name implies, they are enigmatic automatons that come in many forms but are widely recognizable by their various satellite-inspired components. Most apparent is the large satellite dish on their heads fashioned in a way that resembles a hat, with a large crystal embedded in the typical place of a receiver. The faces of the Satellitan are obscured in darkness under the dish, but glowing eyes that fade radially from green at the end to lime in the center can be seen from beneath, partially obscured by the dish to create the illusion of a half-lidded expression. Furthermore, all Satellitans share a large metallic base at the bottom, with a glowing lime groove in the middle from which several satellite panels emerge in a fan-like formation. These panels can also retract inside the base and appear elsewhere on the bottom in the form of palms on extendable wired arms, with four projected triangle-shaped digits hovering over the end of the panel. The body of this particular Satellitan resembles a large canopy tent. The roof is red, with a yellow rim featuring a triangular pattern on it, and splits in the middle to reveal a white layer underneath that mimics the appearance of a cravat. The sides of the tent fall out in a circular form underneath the roof, with the same yellow triangular pattern on the ends as well as a gray button at the bottom of each end, giving the appearance of a large cloak. Within the body is an incomprehensible void stylized as a black space with various multicolored stars and spiraling shapes floating within.

PRISMONTH - Day 16 👻 If you spot a Bow, consider yourself lucky... or unlucky. Little is known about them, as they're shy and resist captivity. Some consider them ghastly omens, since they often appear following mass casualties and tend to vanish on sight, while others can't help but find them cute.

The bodies of the Bows are generally white or very pastel shades of off-white, while their bows are much more vivid in hue. PRISMONTH - Day 15 (Guest!) 🧣 Donning an ill-informed cosplay of a magical hero who felled the beast that caused his home to submerge long ago, "Scarfy" (real name unknown) begins his own archipelagic quest to spread news of the surface's safety. PRISMONTH - Day 14 ☄️ High in the skies, an ominous asteroid enters orbit... when the day of disaster arrives, it is prophesied to crash into the planet and emerge from its meteoric prison, spelling doom for the world. Just what is this mysterious creature, and how can its arrival be averted...?

It has beige, bulky front legs closely resembling those of the Dong Tao chicken, with three large claws apiece. Its orange back legs more closely resemble those of a lion, once again with three claws on each as well as trails of crimson fur running up from the knees to the thighs. A single giant wing erupts from the creature's back; it is black in color, with its plumes ignited on fire at the ends, leaving the edges looking charred and burnt. The wing has a single golden claw at the tip resembling the claws on a bat's wings. A golden four-pointed star shape is seen surrounding the creature's tail, which is similar in color to the other fur present on its body but with a lighter inner color that makes it resemble a stream of fire. The creature looks angrily with its face angled down at the viewer, posed in a slow-moving stance.

PRISMONTH - Day 13 🍟 Frieda, more commonly known as "Fries" due to her distinctive (lack of) haircut, is a family friend of Harper's. She's a wild card whose eccentricities put off even the ever-optimistic Danny. She gets along surprisingly well with Chelsea; did they know each other beforehand...?

PRISMONTH - Day 12 🍉 Chelsea recently moved to Del Iris from afar for a new lease on life. She works as an assistant in Harper's shop, and lives with Danny and Sammy as a sort of big sister figure to them. She's kindhearted and studious but wary of strangers, often seen reading to keep her distance.

PRISMONTH - Day 11 🏫 Kaine is the principal of Trove Academy. Inspired by her role models, the Dragon Busters, she opened a school to help support her community. She is well-respected for her amicability and vivacity, but few seem to understand the difficult work it takes to keep her school running.

He may seem awkward and out of touch with younger folk, but he cares deeply for their future, offering tutelage in education and sports to support them.

PRISMONTH - Day 7 📐 Winona is Trove Academy's mathematics teacher. She's a new hire who gets along well with students and co-workers alike for her spunk and down-to-earth attitude. However, being a novice teacher leaves her oft frustrated with her strict curriculum, to the chagrin of her higher-ups.

PRISMONTH - Day 6 📚 Allie is Trove Academy's literature and languages teacher. She's quite the klutz, to the point where she sometimes loses track of the language she's speaking. However, Allie's clumsiness can't overshadow her expertise in her field, nor her blindingly optimistic outlook on life.

PRISMONTH - Day 4 🐉 The Dragon Busters are a pair of local folk heroes in Del Iris. Comprised of the chivalrous Violet Knight and the graceful Saffron Princess, this disguised duo fought bravely against all forms of injustice. They haven't been seen in decades, but their legacy persists to this day.

The bottom half of the dress flares out into wide ruffles, trailing down to the ankles. It has round sleeves with crown-shaped frills; a large pink bow is attached to the right one. She wears full-length gloves and tights as well as orange ballet shoes. She holds a staff of equal length to her, with a rod consisting of several layers of increasingly vivid pink hue, and golden wing ornaments on the highest layer. At the top is a large decorative heart and crown; kept secure within the heart is a hexagonal crystal of pink star sapphire.

She looks stylish and respectable, but has a bit of an avaricious streak. Danny's necklace was originally a precious keepsake of hers, but it's a mystery how she got it...
